So rumors that  campaign will end today are true

PS. I don't think btc price spike is a reason - they could just to lower payrate/ cut paid post limit etc if it was a case..

The only reason the campaign is ending this week is because Hhampuz has decided to stop managing the campaign I'm very positive it was the decision of Hhamphuz and not Livecoin and It was the right thing to do as him continuing to manage the campaign would had just destroyed his reputation on the forum as the accusation against Livecoin exchange has solid proof (evidence) and the Livecoin didn't handle the situation proper instead they demonstrated some signs of dictatorship and unwillingness to resolve the issue which is just shady.

I'm sure it's not the main reason, I believe the main reason is the scam accusation against livecoin.

So rumors that  campaign will end today are true Sad  That was one of the best campaign I was fortunate to take part in. It helped a lot to develop our local  board and it is too bad that it have to terminate in such a way ..

signature campaigns...
...isnt - in my humble opinion - the real reason for stay here

the real reason for write in this forum is bitcoin & co...
That's true.
However, a campaign might make a little difference between casual members (those who log in once or twice in a week) and active members (those who regularly post something useful) because of incentive.

Of course, it would be best if everyone continues to give value regardless of whether the campaign exists or not.

All we can do is hope that master @Hhampuz does not get demotivated, and continue to manage more signature campaigns for years to come. Unfortunately, LiveCoin campaign cannot last forever, however we should keep our heads up and looking for other campaigns while waiting for next campaigns managed by him.

May the force be with us... always!

all signature campaigns end, because is a temp advertising (cost so much)
is a good method, but isnt - in my humble opinion - the real reason for stay here

the real reason for write in this forum is bitcoin & co - in my opinion of course

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
It's really sad that this campaign has to end soon, but that's how it is, life still goes on just like a normal forum members.

I would like to say my advance thanks to Hhampuz who manage this campaign properly, all payments are made correct and on time.
Hopefully more campaign will come soon and I would not hesitate to take part again.

Also, I'm expressing my thanks to Livecoin for running this long campaign though it has an unfortunate ending. Hopefully you will be able to stay firm and strong to answer all these accusations and do all necessary improvements to stay on the business and on the top of the competition.

Clueless!
Well at least I can say that I tried. I am not happy with the response LiveCoin gave in here and I have given them my notice that the Campaign will end after payments have been sent out tomorrow. And as I previously stated, flag me or neg me I really could not be bothered but I'll be damned if I ever succumb to bullying by users who's entire existence appears to be spreading negativity and putting others down. But then I've come to expect nothing short of just that which is why this forum matters less and less with each day passing by.

@OP. Hope your situation gets a resolution, I'm officially done and I'm out of here.

I'm really sorry to see this, but I knew it would end like this.

There is too much pressure on Hhampuz and we all know they will use this campaign further against him if not finished or all claims resolved and TOS changed, which I don't expect to happen.

I only hope karma will show the power and Hhampuz will get a bunch of new campaigns soon, with the highest payouts ever, to manage them and he will take us all back to work.

As for now, this is our last day in this great campaign. Thanks, Hhampuz for everything, you did all what possible to resolve this problem.

From past campaigns I still think that the REAL reason for the Livecoin 'pushback' was they did not want to settle a 'murky' situation. Also, if past campaigns I've been involved in, they

always end on a 100% or more pump of BTC price. I mean really, the price of BTC on 4/5/19 was $5,050 and as we speak now it is $12,334.39. So at best we lost a MONTH in this

controversy. Livecoin, IMHO, was probably looking at the 'outlay' for this campaign vs return, even before this 'cluster' blew up. The way they 'lashed' back IMHO, kinda proves they

we're gonna move on anyhow. Not sure if this helps any, but since 2013 and more than a dozen signature campaigns I've been in. THEY ALL END WITH A 100% PUMP. More or less, pretty

much a month or two later. Maybe, this is not much of a compensation, but that's how I see this, it is just the way signature campaigns end, on FOMO/Pumps. Sad

As to who was correct on the whole thing, it was so murky, I understand that compromise was the only solution, that was not gonna happen, from either camp, thus this again

may have add fuel to the Livecoin Signature Campaign down...but if my past signature campaigns and how they ended have any validity, was gonna happen anyway.

I figure campaigns from now on will be in USD from now on. Paid maybe in BTC, but a set USD price. Anyway, again, I know zip, I was all over the place on this situation, but

how I see this. Inevitable.

Anyway, I obviously no 'zip' but there it is

Clueless!

Clueless!

FYI. I mistakenly flag'd the wrong side in the vote. In that both votes say that Livecoin, did what they did, I simply now will refrain from voting for either.

So consider that mistake redressed. Sorry for the confusion.

Edit: changed my mind and voted. FYI.

Okay lets say that a merit farmer has joined the campaign. Can you do anything on it?? You're not the campaign manager and he has the right to pick the participants that can join in the campaign. You don't have the right to complain here.

Anyone and everyone can voice their opinion. And they should. It is not a question of right or wrong, maybe this thread itself is not the best place to make such complains. You have the reputation section for that.

This isn't really the right thread, you are right, it should be in the reputation section and Hhampuz Reputation Thread is the right thread.

I wouldn't say that either. It should have its own dedicated thread which I think it already does. Us commenting here is just making this thread for signature applicants more messy. Plus, like it or not, we also promoting Livecoin by talking here as they are getting a lot of free press. Even if that is negative.

I don't join the campaign, but I have my perspective like this: Flag or Trust, their main purpose is to protect forum users in particular, and crypto investors in general. Hence, if later days or weeks, if there are official threads from forum staffs (I don't think they will open such threads) or DT members (most likely we might see it if real scam projects proven), it will be a strong warning for supporters of Livecoin - for example (or whatever projects). In my experience, when such things happen, DT members will give supporters an acceptable period to remove their avatar and signature. I said this because I saw that approach occured with DuckDice's campaign months ago.
Please don't apply this signature, may be DT will tag your account. Whoever currently wearing signature please remove within 72 hours  otherwise may be you will got tag. Do not apply until solve accusation. OP and Escrow holder already got tag.
I also have my guide here: Guide on avoid red tags by supporting already known scam projects. It is outdated, but core idea is the same between Trust and Flags.

For now, I think that we should not discuss about it in the thread, and should not immediately judge supporters as scammers.

Duckdice was a scam case for sure and not the first one to be stopped by influential members like that. But it is not the same as Livecoin here. Just my two cents.

I agree with pandabear, there is a lot of merit farming/trading going on in local boards.  Just because that person got 200+ merit doesn't mean they are a quality poster.

Of course, you are right and I stop right away.

Just filled like I have to point out a few things and this thread fills appropriate, especially as this subject is already discussed.

We all are wearing Livecoin signature and could be seen as shills if talk in favor of accused Livecooin exchange in the accusation thread, especially taking into consideration the incentives involved.

Already I have seen such comment that signature shills are fighting for Livecoin. This is why this thread fills as the safest place for us to talk about this and avoid shilling accusations.

No more open positions as of now!

So you just hire people in function of how much merit they have farmed? You have better applicants than those spammers.

Not to start a fight, but this is a Hero/Legendary Campaign, with your newbie status how do you figure this applies to you or anyone else not of those ranks?

sheesh.

Lafu for instance is a meta/reputation/local merit farmer with 0 knowledge on Bitcoin which joined in 2017. To say that he is better than some of the other Legendary applicants it's a joke. I've just pointed at the braindead managers hiring shitposters based on merit without even looking at post history, I can point at this fact regardless of my account status.

The campaign manager definitely can't please everyone but he has the final decision and the last time I checked this campaign is not against local board posts. Besides, how can you be sure someone is not a good poster when you don't understand their native language.

Alright, seems like you are correct.

So their ToS were illegal from the first day. Doesn't change much IMO.

..Silently changing their ToS to forbid talking about 'issues' is not acceptable. Neither is their behaviour regarding this (ignoring everything and threating to seize the funds)...

I don't know why you call it silently? From what I know these rules are there from a while.

Bob is wrong. The TOS have not been changed regarding that particular clause. Furthermore, as was pointed out earlier, its not really appropriate to be discussing these issues in this thread. This is for the Livecoin signature campaign, nothing more.

Please, lets save the drama and moral lecturing for other, more pertinent threads.

I am using Livecoin exchange for so long and never had a single problem.

If there will be obvious and multiple deposits missing. Other scam accusations backed with solid proof, then I will consider changing my opinion.

All scam accusations are handled, by the exchange and I already painted an exchange because of scam accusation thread and after some time I had to remove it because OP was not telling the full truth.

This case is very old and not obvious at all. Both sides made mistakes and both are to be blamed for something. I think this is not enough to call such a big exchange with thousands of happy users a scam.

Additionally, the involvement of some members is very suspicious and all this looks like a vendetta against Livecoin from obvious reasons, which we all know.
