In Ponzi, some people would win a lot and some would lose all invested money and that was determined largely by the time you invest, earlier or later, obviously it not provably fair.
Provably fair is a concept that applies to dice sites, not all kind of gambling. For example, you can not apply provably fair concept in Poker sites. But, if you are looking for transparency, ChainProfit.com is definitely one. The comments of various people in this thread proves so...

similar to dice sites there is no way to confirm whether any of the bets placed here are from the operator. But, I can confirm that some of them are mine and they were paid correctly.
