I agree, none if these people started from scratch or have been poor in their lifetime. Whether we like it or not some people have a massive head start in their life, it's practically impossible to catch up with them. Most of these motivational speeches or videos show influential people who became successful blah blah blah, but in reality the largest majority of those either had a rich background, see Jeff Bezos for instance, were involved in politics or inherited a successful business from their parents. So no, showing this photo doesn't seem influential or motivational to me.

On top of that, I'm against setting goals as new year resolution, it's going to be disappointing.

I don't give much attention to the end or the beginning of the year. They just seem like another day in my life. I don't wait till the end of the year before I evaluate my performance and make amends. Our daily decisions are what makes what we will be able to achieve at the end of the year. So I live my life a day per time. Daily I check my life and ensure that I cut off some things that are not right and improve on the positive part of my life. But for those who see the end of the year as a new beginning, they should ensure that they don't just make new year resolutions, they should also build the commitment and discipline to follow it.

The picture doesn't inspire me since I have no intention of being very rich like these guys. I just need to have enough to take care of my family, friends and community. Happy New Year in advance to all.

The thoughts of being into crypto that it can make someone rich is one of the misleading thoughts from the newbies. They think that people who hold crypto are already rich, it doesn't go like that. We're all the same and the risk tolerance that we have is different. While them thinking of being in the safer side, we've been battling the volatility of the market and taking all the pains and losses enduring it almost everyday. That's why it all starts with having a good mindset and willing to take risk. Because as what we know, "no risk, no glory and no pain, no gain".

What I learnt from the image in the OP is that it's important to be in the company of made men to become a made man, meaning that the circle you keep goes a long way to determine how far you go financially. It'll be very difficult to remain in the company of failures and expect to be successful, if they're not making efforts like you to better their lives and income, that means that you need another inner circle to mingle with. You need people with the right connections to connect you to the right sources to create wealth. It doesn't mean that you have to force yourself into friendships with successful people but if you up your game and have something productive to add in an influential circle, you can become one of them and they'll connect you wealth creation.

I ask because one of them is a man with 37 indictments, and he organized an attempted coup in which innocent people died. The other is a skilled manipulator who exploits people all over the world to enrich himself even more, even though he has more money than he can spend in 10 lifetimes. The third is a man who claims that some kind of worm entered his brain and ate part of it - and maybe that's why he thought it was fun to leave a dead bear and a bicycle in New York's Central Park as some kind of joke.

I don't know who the other two are, but I'm sure they're part of the circus and have similar stories in their biographies.

that was an explicit advice and a motivation to all who has been making an unfulfilling promises every year. and this is caused as a result of lack of confidence, self motivation, and not putting proactive effort to backup their claims of new year resolution. it is always easy to say than done..  the most difficult task in life is making promise and standing by it to make it a reality. to succeed one needs to be more practical than theoretical, meaning we must outline our dreams or what we could possibly achieve every year and begin to work on them one after the other.

Good motivation OP, especially with the photo. All these people are born with the thought of a good life; those who have read the biography of Trump or Elon Musk know that in their heads there is a special talent for money. But I agree that you should always look up to the best and not make idols of them but only take examples of their worldviews. As for me, every year I make grandiose plans, promising to change both my outlook on life and life itself. However, every year there are situations that play by their own rules, contrary to the plans I have made. But you are right that it is necessary to improve your skills as often as possible and not stop there.

Compliment of the season, i Newly joined this thread and i must said i love this topic that says changing your thinking mentality, i will contribute on this topic by saying that, any environment you found your self right can change you both positively or negatively, so if you found your in the environment that is not contributing anything in life and i for you to succeed in such environment you must think ahead of people around you, you must be creative at all times because knowledge is power.  Sometimes, the people we surround ourselves with also helps to reshape how we think because you can be a positive thinker but when you're surrounded by a crowd of pessimists and lazy people, you tend to act like them too.
Knowledge is power and when you give yourself to learning about something you intend to venture into, you become guarded and have little to fear about falling prey to scammers in the case of cryptocurrency investment of whatever business you plan to get into so it goes without saying how important it is when you get a thought shift.

With having knowledge, you will know what you need to do and can to do. If you don't have money but you have knowledge including how to find the source, you can get it and use it for your own benefit. With knowledge, you will have more chances to modify or add something that will change your life.

You know how to analyze crypto and find which crypto that could increase. You can manage how much money you can use to invest in crypto including the budget that you need to prepare. When you have knowledge, you can use your time to search for valueable thing that will help you to find more chances and change your life.

So crypto knowledge and have a knowledge itself will be necessary that every people should have because that can help them to find many ways to earn money.

Very helpful and easy to understand, but from the points you show above I think point no. 5 is the most important. My reason is that knowledge is the main thing and this is where we start and do it all.

If all of this comes just by following and following advice from those who are experienced in the market, I think it is not enough and at least there must be a few percent that we must also try because in the end all the decisions we take remain in our hands and will not waver when we enter.

I think, beginners will learn something new from this thread, because some of them lack some of the things OP mentioned which they need to make a change before they enter new year to improve themselves. When you have the knowledge of cryptocurrency and you know how to use it in a positive way, you will definitely grow in the future, because you will definitely come across some of the things you have learned in the past that will position you to make a good income from cryptocurrency. As a beginners, you want to go for long term holding, do everything possible to have other sources of income that will be a pillar to you not to sell your cryptocurrency on time until you meet up on your target before you can release them for sale to achieve your target.

I appreciate the idea of bringing to our consciousness the need to bring some changes to our lives as a person who hopes to someday, improve on ourselves and have better versions. This is obviously what everyone wants, better and better versions or copies of themselves but many at times, a lot of us don’t archive this. Mostly at the end and beginning of the year such as this, we result to making affirmations but the problem often is; having to keep to it. This remains the greatest challenge of our lives still and if one can actually master that, we wouldn’t need to making these year in and out affirmations but, just doing what we have planned to do and be getting results.

A person's thinking mentality depends on what he knows, his ideas will definitely revolve around the amount of information he has at his disposal. I don't know why knowledge is placed last in the op. Anyone who wants to change his thinking mentality about crypto should try to gain knowledge about crypto, once he knows the basics and more about crypto, making a plan in relation to crypto will not be difficult for him.

Lots of people who still think crypto is a scam are only saying so because they know nothing or very little about crypto. Many too who are here because of the hype Bitcoin is getting may likely dump Bitcoin any moment once the hype dies and they don't get what they expected. This is because all they are interested in is returns, aside this ,they know absolutely nothing about bitcoin and crypto as a whole. All points raised in the op are very valid and useful not only to newbies, but even the old investors who are still doing things the wrong way.

One more thing important in doing all of those things is financial management. It is very important that a person should have a plan in their financial management like money for necessities and money for investments or something like that. You will never know when is the time that you really need money the most and that's why some people are forced to sell their crypto funds because it is for emergencies or for necessities.

Skeptical people are not here to discourage nor stop us from doing so, but instead it should be a great motivation for us to do better and improve, as the final outcome will prove to them that they are wrong in their decision.

However, instead of dealing with others, let's just focus on our own welfare. And having crypto knowledge in general, and with proper risk management, I think by 2025 we will make a big, significant change in our lives, particularly in our financial aspect.

You are right because there are many ways one can earn decent from cryptocurrency but all depend on knowledge. Unlike what many people think, cryptocurrency does not end with trading or investing but there are some.valauble skills an individual can develop like social media management, coding, marketing skills and others, that will fetch good funds. There is really no substitute for know because with good knowledge, money will definitely be a product of it.

As stated above is a good step if taking a review of our financial surroundings but halt, that's only necessary if we're not achieving our goals.
Actually whether we've got foods on the table or not, it's still a good one if we can advance to a more better hygienic and nutritious foods.



I'd recommend these to be new year resolutions to the affected ones.
There're really crypto enthusiasts who're out there parading about a high level of crypto knowledges they've ascertained but they're not putting it a practical effort to invest on it. That literally mean it's a waste of knowledge if they're unable to utilize it to how it could profit them income ahead of time probably based on the structure of their desirable and capable portfolios.

With the award experiences we've been passing through on economy changes as a cause of inflations, it's advisable to diversify our incomes and also consider increasing our portfolios and while we make them accountable, we should also consider spending economical wisely on concious so we don't lather run bankrupt.
As at the moment, the fiats are getting devalued and the physical commodity products for investments are required high values of capital to start up business and due to labour market competition, it's becomed effortlessly to secure profits because there's high level of poverty in towns leading to the scarcities of patronages. So at this tends, it's better to divert our Investment portfolios on crypto in being specific I mean is bitcoin as reputable coin.

Source of income is considered the top priority IMO, when the cash flow is steady investing becomes smooth not just cash flow including knowledge anyways the 5 points listed is correct. Everyone seems to have a new year resolution if only things will work perfectly fine as plan, working hard determines an investor success mostly when a good portion is important also no one is forcefully limited from creating wealth rather things don’t just go as plan. Everyone should take their source of income seriously, regarding mentality I read a book written by Ben Carson “think big” the book is actually educative and it builds the mind unexpectedly the ability to create wealth is certain for someone with such thought.

We're only limited by our own mindset, our minds are able to motivate us to achieve anything that we set our minds to but we have already set limitations ourselves because of the conditions and environments we find ourselves. We have lack faith in our own ability and this eats us up until we fall to its will. Thinking is everything about life, we thinking about things that aren't important results to we not moving forward in life but when we're thinking in the right track and actions are being acted upon our thoughts in the right way, we'll have a different life in no time.

Apart from thinking too, the people we associate with is another determining factor that helps make life to be what we want it to be because you can't be hanging around gamblers and not expect to become one or think as they do soon. Come 2025, please take things easy and don't put too much pressure on yourself because there's time to get to the point that you want to in life, just exercise little patience.
