Let us discuss this issue until it is fixed. 2 months ago I read a thread just like this
I don't think having an avatar will in any way change to functionality of the site so it really is a non issue in my book 
True - but some can be very entertaining - and its not really fair some people have avatars and some don't.

it has been disabled by the forum admin for an undefined period of time (until the new forum software is released) because of a bug or weakness in it.
Yep - we all pointed that out all long time ago ....

its long time now is there still problem to enable this many want avatar on profile
To be honest, I think the Admin is scare to enable this feature again. I was there when the hacking told place. It was caused by someone uploaded a malicious code avatar.

You can't. Its been disabled by the forum operators for a while now because of a security issue.
