I don't think that chatting in the gambling platform is very good.
For me it is very distracting and sometimes I lose my thought and my concentration on gambling because I have looks at the chat. There should be another place to chat with other people that should not be visible when gambling.

Not familiar with coding but aren't there already chat services out there that you can imbed in your site? I remember the time when many blogs have Chatango.

Of course it'll be different for a gambling site since you'd want only your registered members to be able to chat within your site but it's likely there are already available scripts that can be used.

Hopefully you'd find one that'll have multiple channels - a single chatbox tend to get cluttered.

When you do online gambling, you are all alone with computer/ website in front of you. You cannot talk to anyone, cannot express your emotions while playing gambling online. Chat is the only option available for you to chat with other people and in few cases talk with support.

I recommend you to have a chat box that have the nationality chat box in which people that are of the same community can talk each other about the site itself. Add emojis to chat because it makes the chat more interesting.

In my opinion, it is really that beneficial for the players because that's what I have experienced, promotions would be fun at first but since you will more often lose, you'll find another gambling site which offers another promotion, might be bigger than the previous one, but same thing would happen as a cycle. Community made  me stay because they helped me to be mindful with how much I am gambling, and it is just that the experience is priceless, with good people.

Will it really be that helpful? you have a good point but, really? I thought such thing do not matter that much, and what matters the most is the bonuses, rewards, and discounts.

It's a good piece of idea. If this idea is for a new gambling platform,  then I don't see the need since chats are only required or needed when there is a large pool of customers and the moderators or customer support are finding it hard to handle or attend to customers.
But for bigger platforms that might need such chatbots, the key functionality/features from my own point of view should be
1. It should be well designed and captivating
2. It should offer something more than generic responses and replies
3. It should be engaging and bug free
4. It should provide detailed solutions to most customers problems.
5. It's should be fast and responsive

 I have often wondered about the need for chats features in the gambling industry until I had a problem with my funding on  Vegas casino and the chatbot was able to guide me and help me out of the problem/challenge. Aside that Vegas casino have limitless number of games that one can play over there and there is a provision for responsible gambling. There are also different genres of games and they hold a high reputation as regards giving high user experience. They offer high deposit bonuses too and offer good VIP treatment.  Considering all the service they offer and high user engagement,  I think there is a need for chatbots with great features and functionality in all online betting systems.

I do really believe that chat sections in gambling sites, play a huge role in order to maintain a healthy community of users which would enhance their gambling experience to be more enjoying. As far as I've observed, there are only few gambling sites which are seeing this point of view, or simply showing support to their community of players. Most of the gambling sites are disregarding such aspect and they only focus on promotions. Promotions would really catch the interest of the players to engage into a particular gambling site but, how long would they stay? This is the question. Most of the gambling sites do not know about the importance of an interactive community of players, in which can make a player stay within a single gambling site for a long time due to the enjoyment that he experienced.
If you would be drafting a chat section for a gambling site, I would suggest to make the design simple and visible. Most of the chat sections are TOO colorful which is a bit disturbing in the eyes of some players, also, it would look more simple, complementing its function. 'Fixed expressions and phrases' would also help because some people are lazy enough to chat what they think at first. Emojis of course would do. The most important part I think is to where it would be placed when displayed, either at the bottom or right side would be good, in my opinion.

I think it's already given that chatbox should have emojis. You know nowadays, chatters commonly used emojis to express how they feel and what their feelings towards their chatmates. So what more towards their co gamblers in the community where it involves money.

This is not a good advice because asking for tips, or, in other words, "begging", in chats is usually frowned upon and you can even get muted for that for a long period of time, and in some cases for ever. Nevertheless, you can still get some good tips in chat, but not when asking for it but when you help others with good advices, or you say something really funny in the chat or when you win in a quiz/trivia, or if you just very active and then rainbot tips you etc. But I disagree with @supermine and I agree with you in general, that chat on a gambling site can be fun, because I really like talking to people in those chats.

People like to gamble on the site that offer not just a high security but also "alive" community so by enabling chatting platform allow for the gambler to share their joy,sad,angry,complain and other experience.
But if you dislike chatting platform you can just do nothing because it won't interfere anything while you're solo gambling !

Yes its good to chat in gambling bel started to have a profit by looking in gambling site and l experience now to have a profit evryday.Its good to have  a profit come what may.

Nah, you need to chat more bruh. The thing about being active on chat is not only about talking to another stranger that might be or might not be our friend, there are other things you can do with the chat. You can ask them some advice, you can talk to them of their other jobs maybe you can get one or two to them, you can follow them and especially, you can ask them for some extra BTC or other crypto currency you can use to gamble. 

I think it is actually a good idea, but when in gambling, I think this is extremely important and neat, there are lots of advantages within implementing Chat in the gambling websites, and there are actually websites that have used the chat technology whether if you are playing the game or you are standby on the website, there is also a chat dedicated to their support team to help you with your problems.

The various functions in the chat are not only for chatting but sharing information or exchanging ideas,well there surely be something useless by spreading ref links to make money for that person.By the way all forms of chat must be moderators by the site team so that there are intruders immediately given a warning that they should not screw up and the moderators must be online 24 hours alternately to keep the place neat and clean.It's important to chat at gambling to be connected to each other.

I am that kind of person,don't like to chat much in the gambling sites because we are not going to get anything out of it other than just new online fried.I just come to sites for betting and move on to social media for chatting with chicks.

At now, when the demand for connecting people is essential, I think chat function is forced on all website in the global. Chatting will help the people to communicate with other people to talk to each other, support to solve the problem, the chatting function makes people feel secure about this website.

It is actually fun to go to chat but I suggest not to the general chat but go to country-specific chat - that way, you are not bombarded with just any random chats but can connect with your fellow countrymen.

However, there are really people that doesn't want to go to chat, they can simply ignore it.

It should be on every site really, people may not believe this and it depends on how fast you can type I guess also but some people will login just to use the chat box and say hello to the regulars.    Its kinda of a feature or draw you dont want to not have on your site because it can mean alot to people to making it their 'home' or not in terms of feeling comfortable and enjoying the whole site.     Not everyone is into chat box, but I know quite a few enjoy the conversation even if its just very light texting.
  Thats usually what I've observed on a wide variety of websites across the years, pretty much always communication is a plus for peoples experiences

Bitsler already have this function and aside from Chatting with another player this also serves as the avenue where the site can run instant contests and reward those who are online and continues to play or participates in such instant contests given that they are in a qualified level. For those who doesn't want chats, it can be easily removed and added again if needed. Its a good function actually that sites should also add in their site.
