I miss the Trollbox now, it was a great feature of Poloniex but recently their services value is getting lowered and Bittrex is providing much better services in case of some errors or problems. If poloniex doesnt come back with some strong service, people will definitely move to Bittrex or Kraken.
Although poloniex has an ongoing issues but they still do not will lose its users, it looks like poloniex will remain for a long time because poloniex has loyal users, we can see below on the poloniex website that has been clear seen. Users currently online: 45k Cheesy
Only noobs will leave an exchange just because their so loved troll box isn't there anymore. I seriously don't get the point of these troll boxes as they mainly attract noobs and other garbage.

The only exchange that I am using with a so called troll box is BTC-E, but you can't participate if you don't have any value in your account ~ does Poloniex have such policy in place as well?
If compared, BTC-E is much better than poloniex. BTC-E has many advantages in all features. I'm not very familiar with such a policy but it seems poloniex has a far different policy with BTC-E. I'm more likely to see an active support service and already should poloniex have an active support service like BTC-E.

It's no longer disabled. I can confirm I just deposited 0.5ETH from my wallet, and 2.5ETH from Kraken, onto the newly generated ETH deposit address on Poloniex, and I have already sold the ETH for BTC.

More seriously I can't generate an ETH deposit address and have opened a ticket about this, without answer for a few days. A ticket on their support site, not a "trollbox ticket", whatever that is.

It's clear on the exchange page;

"Due to ongoing network instability, we've disabled Ethereum deposits/withdrawals. We'll enable once we know the network is functioning properly."

Consequently I just solved my problem myself. I figured that maybe ETH needed to be "activated" on my account. So I bought 0.2 ETH. Instantly I could finally generate the deposit address !

But still you can't make deposit right? Trades are possible but direct deposit and withdrawals is not at least on my last try.

They did say the situation should improve withing a few weeks and this info was published on June 7. So I guess we should start seeing some kind of result and faster ticket resolving with a week or so.

To the best of my knowledge, nothing is working on poloniex apart from the trading, deposit and withdrawal functions.

So, nothing is working except everything is working ? You didn't mention lending but I can confirm it's working.

But my thought there was no different before the team was closing the trollbox. I mean there is no improvement in the support capacity and the result is same. That looks pathetic a lot of account on polo gets frozen and the team just try to give a reply with a simple answer.

Because i've an account gets frozen too.

Were the trollbox mods trained to do support tickets? If not then they're being trained now so it's not going to be instant. Even if they hired new staff it'd be the same outcome.

My support ticket have been in the status of being process for the past 3 months and i have sent several update without any response from them.
2 years ago I have encountered 2FA problem in poloniex and my complaint on support ticket at respond well and I still use poloniex until now and never get any problem again. But after seeing a lot of bad complaints with poloniex, I think now I will slightly reduce my activities in poloniex.

This is bad, what's your problem?
Are you an old member?
Are you already make a level 2 verification?
Are you actively trading?
Because I think the trollbox ticket is totally useless, I also have a trollbox ticket that does not get any response from poloniex and it looks like they ignore it.

The trollbox had been disabled to assist technical concerns but still are having the same problems, anyways if you have any problems they said just to submit a ticket.
