Venezuela is the country which has the lowest electricity charge. At present due to the bad market of oil, Venezuela might have imposed a increase.
yeah no offense, but I doubt anyone will send you their mining rigs just to get cheaper electricity. Many thing could go wrong. Rigs can be damaged during the shipment. It will be hard for people to trust you with their rigs.

in Germany you pay 0.28 € per KWh! overpriced...
it also depend on the amount of power you have in your home, here for example with the standard 3kw you pay 0.25 per kw/h, but with 4.5kw of power you pay 0.28, if you want 6kw of power this number stay the same around 0.28

And if over 7KW is used than i have ti use industrial power and its priced at 0.15 cents per KW.. However it can take months heck even years in my country until they figure out you are using more than 7Kw..

How's that possible? Don't you have a charge register or a counter (idk how it's called in your country)? Where I live all houses and flats have a charge register which is sealed by the company providing you with electricity to make it impossible to change the counter reading.

for people to trust you with their miners you need to establish a reputable business with insurance and what not

not worth it, because with the money used to buy your solar kit you can use the same money to buy another asic, and earn more than the saving that your solar could ever dream to give to you

0.2 seems too high to be honest there are many other place with a much cheaper electricity, also a newbie account offering this isn't that good
Yeah im rocking .06 in the central US.$0.30 per KWH from Southern California Edison (Los Angeles area)
$0.02 per KWH from Seattle (commercial rate)
15x difference for 1000 mile separation. Might as well be on another planet.
In my contry it very easy to fraud the electricity even it can cost you 300 $ and then you have electricity free

Yes, if you browse through this mining section than you will find related information. Since electricity is quite expensive in most of the countries, only option now left is utilize solar power to mine bitcoins but it needs initial investments higher than normal mining methods.
Exactly! And that's why it is almost impossible to have ROI with solar panels. Many people in those threads are talking about it. Only if you manage somehow to get solar panels free or for very low price (mybe used ones?) you might consider using them.

That's a very good idea why not but you should do a feasibility study on this so you can come out with the advantage and disadvantages of putting up a mining on your country but preferably I prefer US and Europe Based because of the stability of their economy and their peaceful environment Naturally there are some risks.
