I have been following these accounts for quite some time and looking at the alt information I see that they are very similar in campaigning, moreover, the busd migration time also coincides.
I was just looking at your post history and found you had another alt hunting topic back in August. Other than hunting alts you are not trying to contribute in anything. Is there any specific reason? It's obvious you are not new to the system. Why don't you do that from your main account. Or I am wrong?
good question mate , i am looking for merit by exposing scammers in bounty campaign .
Hopefully you succeed but merit, rank up, all these things should be a by product of the things you do in the community. You really don't need to portrait a character of a merit hunter. Many people will not like it and some day they will start digging you and will give you unnecessary troubles why you will make finding scam accusations, finding alt accounts as your full time job here.

There are many ways to earn merits. Share your knowledge, not everyone is expert in everything. You must have some specialty that you know better than anyone else. Learn bitcoin technology, seek questions on the technical boards, learn how to keep your wallet safe, share the methods of securing your bitcoin. Know the forum rules and when anyone seems confuse guide them and help them. Be friendly with everyone. Most of all spend time in the community.
I'm trying to accumulate knowledge and thank you very much for your advice

@YOSHIE have already given you the format of reporting a cheater or an alt account. But I would suggest you should venture your precious time into doing something very meaningful because finding accounts that have shared gas to each others isn't bad though but is very risky. However sending gas to another address doesn't fully shows that such person is a cheat or using alt, for such claims to be valid is when a user using same address or same telegram id and with same facebook profile in enrolling same campaign that could be automatically proven is true. Just @YOSHIE has already fetched out the two connected account

So be very mindful while sourcing out address that sent gas to each others.
I see that many managers have accused account alts by looking at their activity so I followed suit.

I think you lack of evidence I just check the address https://bscscan.com/address/0x7ca11ddf9659b433fe81beb3cf8240dd8f314842#tokentxns
You need proof that above user has an address on the chain that already write on this forum.

Maybe they are some group of friend working together?

That is actually the Binance address for a user and Usually, binance transferred to their Hot Wallet

I took a picture of the POA of them participating in the campaign together and moving the busd at the same time.  I suspect that this is the same person because they participated in the article bounty campaign most of their social media accounts exchanged likes and comments with each other , Is this cheating

You followed their activities and found connections between them, but the evidence you added was not enough to identify them as alt accounts. But @YOSHIE has investigated the connection between these accounts and told you what format to use. So if you want to find more alt accounts in the future and prove the connection between them, then you can follow such experienced members.

Yes, you are looking for Merit, but that doesn't answer questions.
You are not new, to trying to present arrests like beginners. Because no beginner came to the forum and then hunted ALT to get merit.
More beginners will go to the local Board and Bitcoin discussions or other boards that may not be interested in meta and reputation.

OP, we really appreciate your efforts to expose Alt accounts, but we here have a format that is easy for other members to see and read, be it for cheating Alt in Bounty or Alt Account (Ban evasion) and so on.

Example: the account associated with the same address is used in different Bounty campaigns by the two Alts.

If you follow below thread:
* Topic: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk IV (2023 Q1½) [MODERATED]
* Topic: [Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban]

If you follow the two threads, with valid and reasonable evidence everything will be fine and other users will probably accept your accusations and it is easy to understand, your purpose is accusing the Alt account.

Guided by BUSD transactions is not enough, you need other evidence to accuse accurately, I hope you can understand what I mean, maybe in the future.
thank you for that , i will follow more threads and alt accounts

One can have multiple accounts, even more than 100 accounts, the forum have no such rules to have only one account. But there are some community standard which are like
You can not join same signature with multiple account
You can not send merit to your alt accounts
You can not join with multi account from a signature and many more.

Have any of the account done such offense? If they did then we can tell they were cheating, otherwise all good.
[Sorry, my tor is too slow to load images]

All these accounts have moved their BUSD to one main wallet : https://bscscan.com/address/0x7ca11ddf9659b433fe81beb3cf8240dd8f314842#tokentxns
Could it be a group who worked together?

I agree with you on this one and I really don't see any rule or policy restricting people from having multiple accounts but as long as they aren't doing anything wrong, then I see no reason in calling them cheats and in the other hand, I don't think growing of account is actually an easy task because it takes so much time and dedication to grow an account and growing several accounts wouldn't be an easy one.

I think those accounts might be some group of persons working together and it seems they are participate in bounty campaigns and I'm sure you can't enrol one social media account for two different bounty groups.

You did a nice work @OP and it's not easy doing a voluntary work especially as a newbie just to get tye forum clean.

so the next step you have to take is to attach proof of similarity from the accounts you mentioned.
a transaction carried out like that is indeed suspicious, but without you attaching other evidence to strengthen the proof of the blockchain transaction that you submitted. we cannot punish him.
I took a picture of him on the Detective Bounty manager's campaign POA.  You can see the profiles of these accounts they post the same, I'm not good at using the techniques above

I assume by the transfer style, it is a main wallet of a user for storing and spending his coins; and is not a p2p trading address, neither an exchange address.

I can't be sure, but it seems to me that 0x7ca11ddf9659b433fe81beb3cf8240dd8f314842 is the Binance deposit address. All OUT transactions go to BUSD-T smart contract and Binance Hot Wallet.

OP, I applaud you on the good job trying to expose people who use multiple accounts to cheat, but your post needs more working on. Try to show us how the accounts are connected by quoting the posts for Proof of Authentication and also linking the addresses on the blockchain.

Show us with bounties the culprit cheated with his alt accounts. Don't just share screenshots and a link of one address without connecting any dots.

Look at how this report was made  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-farm-of-high-ranking-accounts-abusing-sig-campaigns-ban-evasion-5250425.

Op I am not disputing your fact finding but have you also find out if the account that received the coins buy them from the other owners because that is where p2p transaction will come to play.
The last BSC address posted by OP doesnt look to me as a p2p trader's address. The address is not very active but is quite old (there are transactions which are 175 days old shown in the last 25 bep-20 token transactions list by the given address). Some BNB tranfers are even more older than this (300days+). I assume by the transfer style, it is a main wallet of a user for storing and spending his coins; and is not a p2p trading address, neither an exchange address.

Op I am not disputing your fact finding but have you also find out if the account that received the coins buy them from the other owners because that is where p2p transaction will come to play. Because if they are from one country even in different states, the receiver of the coin might probably buy it from them. So as for me this accusation is not water tight accusation. But if there is any other information about the accumulator which is connected to the other users, you can equally present it. As it is I take it as p2p transaction and that is one of the core mandate of bitcoin.
As I said I am not arguing with you, but I am looking it from the purpose of bitcoin. Let the the experts detective and fact finding user input their minds
