Not sure why the accounts haven't been tagged yet. I went ahead and negged hua_hui and all his other accounts. This is definitely not something that should be condoned, especially when one has a rule against it.
What a shitshow.
I am just aware of this thread because of the red trust. Thanks for highlighting it to me.
I would like to do my own clarification. First i would like to inform more about this company called Blockfolks.
Blockfolks "provides professional community engagement and other high value services for blockchain projects. As cryptocurrency investors ourselves, we know that maintaining investor confidence is crucial to the success of any project.
We have immense experience with multiple aspects of the ICO market, ranging from community management to marketing and even blockchain development. With our community management service alone, you can remove the need to train experienced community leaders from scratch entirely and leave your public relations in the hands of qualified and trained community leaders." (quote from their website)
- You can go to
https://blockfolks.com/ to find out more details about Blockfolks.
- Evidence of work: If you were in one of their project's telegram, you can see that Blockfolks is having a team running the telegram community management of ICO projects on 24/7.
- They have a physical office and they can be reached through different media to meet up.
- Reputable ICOs had done their due diligence so to having these ICO on their website as projects shows a lot about the company.
Having said that, this is my stories come in.
I am just a normal member in bitcointalk who just happen to get into bitcoin early. I was mainly joining btc signature campaign to earn some btc along the way as i surf bitcointalk for information. There was not a lot of place with bitcoin information during years ago. It was last year 2017 around mid, that i got to know of more crypto enthu through telegram. A handful of them eventually setup their own company and became known as Blockfolks. They are the one who convince me to get into alt coin. I started with
0x9b7b46e87708ab66ab917129fc109b5f9ea313f0 and then subsequently my 2nd eth add is 0x5829AFDc06EA5de1364B3c43367562BA67ed83ad.
However, things start to change when I was engaged by Blockfolks to help out with ICO projects. So I was supposedly to be paid but i would also need to pay a % of commission back to Blockfolks. I did learnt from some practices here that you can get some loans in return of giving them the signature payout. So instead of having to fork out a portion of my payment, I discuss with Blockfolks and they agreed to accept tokens as payment if i overpaid them. That time, iirc spectre signature campaign is by fixed payment (not staking) so i told them how much worth of tokens they would get and by when. I registered my spectre.ai with my 0x5829AFDc06EA5de1364B3c43367562BA67ed83ad and halfway through, i gave Blockfolks this eth add along with its private key. All the evidence should support my statement, like
- the timing i join spectre
- the timing i get my first bounty project management
- the projects that i managed is also projects shown in blockfolks website.
So subsequently, i no longer have controlled over 0x5829AFDc06EA5de1364B3c43367562BA67ed83ad. It is all belong to Blockfolks now. I am still owning my original eth add.
As for lorylore, he has been my acquaintance and i am one to recommend him to get into bitcointalk. I do recommend a few people to get into bitcoin + bitcointalk but none of them made it for long except for him. However, despite saying so, we are not close and we hardly interact for years. It was only recently whereby i reach out to him for job offers. Having tied to Blockfolks, I am discourage to take up offers from another companies. I introduce him to
https://icomms.tech/ (who approach me) to help them manage their bounties. As you can see, his topics created are bounties for ICO that tallies with the website projects. In order to make a profit out of this referral, i charge lorylore and of course, he would choose the method of using signature campaign to repay me and that is why he registered with my eth add. I remembered i took quite an effort to convince him to try out alt coin bounty. The timing when he switch from btc signature (iirc it is from a casino btc signature) to alt coin sgianture (for repayment of my commission) times nicely with the start of his project bounty management. And it is quite distinct of how the different structure of the two companies ran their ico services. (mine is alt coin bounty with signature + twitter while iirc, his is mainly btc signature + airdrop)
As for why lorylore join the PolicyPal campaign with Blockfolks eth add, I have no idea what arrange they have but i also have no right to ask them so. All i check is that lorylore did put on the signature code and post the necessary amount of post each week. We did not communicate after the referral and receiving my appcoins tokens for my commission.
