In America there is a rule to close information about juvenile offenders. This is done to ensure that their future is not affected by the sins of the past. I am against this approach, but it is probably for this reason, information can not be found.

This would suggest that this was a rape, because the streamed evidence counts as child porn, but there's no mention of it in the article. How did the attack end? Did someone intervene or did the victim managed to flee? Are they afraid to release more information? The media these days are becoming so liberal and afraid of releasing as little as the perpetrator's race.

Is there anyway that the ones who watched but didn't report be identified, They should be all arrested and charge for being accessory to rape.

It's terrible of course that the world is so degraded. They behave worse than animals and consider it normal. The modern generation has fewer moral values and morals.
