To me, and based on statistics, China still remains the leader of blockchain. Everything about cryptocurrency comes from them. They have been a great contributor to the world of crypto without any iota of doubt.

China is the source of cryptocurrency.  And it really is a market leader.  As for mining and trade.  I am sure that China has a great deal of cryptocurrency, and if it disappears, cryptocurrency will not be able without their support either.

China has the materials, the high tech and the glowing minds of IT so yes, obviously the blockchain leader is China even if they have some unfavorite regulations regarding cryptocurrency.

I think one of the factor is that miners are produced on China and from people from China is more easy to buy miners and run it, and i think a second factor is the price of electricity.
yes, because not all countries have cheap electricity costs, if in my country the cost of electricity is very expensive so mining jobs only produce smaller amounts and also the internet in my country is also expensive.
Naturally, many Chinese residents become miners because they have adequate facilities.

Is there a valid source for this kind of statement? we know that China has always been quiet about crypto and blockchain related topics. They even put ban for ICOs that promotes blockchain before but now ICOs are a different thing. China may be the leader of crypto's few years ago and there's still a large number of miners there but we don't actually know what's really happening in there.

I hope not. But if that's the case, what should we do? I think there is nothing that we can do but continue with our journey in Crypto and Blockchain Technology. If it is real, I will not be surprised because they really have that money because their companies are growing  rapidly since they manufacture almost everything.
The fact is that for my practice I managed to convince myself of the prospects and profitability of almost all Chinese companies that have real success.  Based on this, it is not necessary to negatively relate to what is produced by heaven.  Nevertheless, even past years, about 70% of miners were located in China.

The Chinese authorities have invested about $6 billion in the development of the blockchain this year. Does this mean that China will become a leader in this area? Will the projects of Chinese companies increase in price or remain at the same level?
I do not think China would even want to claim that, because of their reservations on block chain and cryptocurrency most especially.
Yes, China has been an earlier contributor to cryptocurrency on a positive note, but there have been so many other countries that have also contributed immensely to foster success of crypto.

Where can I read about this because I have not seen anyone talk about it or any news article that writes about it buy anyway, if it is true it is a good sign for the industry entirely and its influence will go beyond add value to project from China.

I don't think this will give China based project any edge in the industry because project getting worth goes beyond government investing funds into blockchain technology. If there's any government that's doing more than investing funds in the industry is Korea government and this is evident in projects that come from that part of the world.

I think China is ready to become the leader of the blockchain, because China is ready in terms of technology, economy, and social. And China is also leading the way for investors with this, China deserves to be the leader of the blockchain.

China has dominance in the movement of the market, they have also shown great projects and applications of the technology. While they are also the one creating more regulations on the usage of cryptocurrencies, they are also slowly adopting it. Right now I look at it positively, they are guiding the technology to the right path, there are many abuse in the usage of cryptocurrencies that results to many people losing money, creating a bad image for crypto. They are regulating ICOs because of scammers while improving the technology. Chinese companies has the capacity to become a leader in this domain.

China is really well known for investing in technological stuff. If you search for top technologies in this period, surely blockchain is going to be always on the list. Sure, that is a lot of money that is invested by China but I think it will still be dependent on their performance. Because, any rich country can also invest that much into blockchain.

There has been notably great blockchain projects from China lately, that's true. The issue is, blockchain mainstream  adoption will take more time in places like China because there are still questions surrounds the ledger technology. Korea is also doing great in this regard and some other countries of which I can't mention all.  We are the early adopters of blockchsin technology and its a good thing.

What i have observed is that China is more inclined into using and implementing blockchain technology in their businesses for more transparency and efficiency while their govt seems to be strict against cryptocurrencies which is a bit strange, i think it is time China should embrace cryptos open handedly as well and allow crypto trading and payments globally.
China restring crypto currencies but they are adopting blockchain technology it’s correct . But they are even restricting crypto currency mining I think it should give profit to country. More over China is knowing the potential of blockchain. They will back with proper crypto regulation .

$6billion is a lot of money. If they have invested that much it should be a confidence booster not only to other economic jurisdictions but to the block chain ecosystem
$6 billion is not a huge amount considering the fact investment quantity to the AI and blockchain by different economic countries. The key project is focused to improve the usefulness of AI in the different areas of economy and they have fmous faces from the board of China ggovenrmtet organization. They definitely support the blockchain and their growth rate will be more than the growth rate of combined third world countries.

China's interest so far has been on implementing blockchain technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness on various levels of their society but it's sad that they have not shown interest in cryptocurrencies yet..
