It is impossible for China to legalize the ico. How could it be possible to legalize ico if China even listed BTC as illegal?

Lol. I really wonder! China that has been stating their stand clearly on how they really do not want to have anything to do with cryptocurrency and that baffles me though for them, as they are going to end up missing out anyway. However, I still always have this belief that they will always come around in the long run, even though they are trying too hard to convince.

The news is a fresh breeze for cryptocurrency if China really will legalize the ICOs set by them, Crypto and ICO are supposed to have regulations that have a centralized legal entity, thus cryptocurrency will continue to shine toward the better and possibly become legal in the world.

What do you think about Lithuanian ICOs? What your experiences investing into them? I’m following one project welltrado.io. Do you think it can be a right investment?

Thank you for your answers!

I have / had several ICOs on my watchlist I planned to invest or already invested in which seem to have quite a few members from Lithuania. I am a bit sceptical on p2p lending but will add this one to my watchlist.
Several more projects from that country or having team members from there are LYM(Lympo), WePower (WPR), CV (carVertical)

It would be a good news for all crypto lovers to hear the ban on China's ICOs being removed but do you think it will just be like that? In an interview with CCTV, Bing explained how the Chinese government and its local financial regulators intends to legalized ICOs but on a more regulated environment through a licensing program.

China did or didn't legalize ICOs make no difference at the moment. Chinese people are investing in ICOs anyway.
To have real difference legalizing have to be done together with some regulations.

It does not matter, many Chinese people were already participating in the ICOs by means of fake identities and buying accounts from other people to invest and the like. Now even easier.

This is a good news for all not only for people in China alone but those in other country who have been in one way of the other been affected by the previous ban. I really hope this legalization can be emulated by other countries.

During an interview at the CCTV-13 state television site, Hu Bing, a researcher at the Institute of Finance and Banking, said that the Chinese government's ban on the ICO was temporary. In an interview with CCTV, translated by Boxing Mining, Bing explained that the suspension of the ICO and the government's statement that the ICO is an illegal way of raising funds is a temporary phenomenon until local financial regulators develop the necessary regulatory framework and policies for all parties.

Legalizing is not the main issue here, but government regulates anything that everything happen on their territory and one of them is to openly allowed Bitcoin for everyone who want to engage in.

Recently, there are a lot of fake news about China. That speaks about the desire to manipulate the market movement in the right direction because of the news.
In China, a lot of people have invested money in the crypto, so this fake news is given so much importance.

Actually the news is hard to believe because of the hassle going on in China by listing Bitcoin as illegal. But if the news is genuine, I think that's a good one for cryptos world and a pump is for sure going to happen.

If this is really so, then you should expect a rise in the price of crypto-currencies. As we remember, China often had a strong influence on the market

I am not suprise because looking at the ICO on the surface, you will see that ICO generate economic interest and encourage participation in the ideal that the ICO stand for. ICO will benefit the government and investors in the long run!
