What is the donation for! Since there is a qr code to be scan for a wallet to receive donations, am wondering what the donation is for! Is he running a charity organization to help the less privileges or he his looking for donations to support his club! Seem odd that a footballer would seek donations in such manner without any further explanation.

Yes, the problem is that people only wear plain white T-shirts with Bitcoin QRcode. There are no details and clear information about the photo. Maybe it's a young man who wants to know how people react when he wears a T-shirt with Bitcoin QRcode through the internet as you are talking about. What's the name of this player and for ehich team he is playing? When I saw title, I thought that some team from Chinese Super league started to promote Bitcoin or Bitcoin related services on their jerseys. But seems it was just clickbait, because I wasn't find anything about it on news media.

This is not just something that was first time happening in China , actually before it we have had seen news from various sources for example I will just quote what the website stated "Watford FC will now feature the Bitcoin logo on the shirt sleeve of its players and also accept BTC for merchandise purchases. The Bitcoin (BTC) symbol will now appear on the shirt sleeve of Watford Football club players, and the team will also accept the cryptocurrency for merchandise purchases."
It is not only logo , it's also them accepting the payment in bitcoins , thus it's even a bigger step than this .

you should remove the letter "S" in that 'Players" because only 1 who's wearing that Bitcoin wallet QR code mate since it is annoying when we check the photo and seeing him the only people woth code.
anyway maybe this man is a bitcoin investor,and maybe trying to encourage his team mates and people around him to try checking what Bitcoin and crypto is all about?

Maybe he's just helping to promote the bitcoin in their country. Probably, he's a bitcoin holder that is also hoping for btc to bounce back from below. His faith in bitcoin is a thing that everyone of us holders should have.
Not all btc fan are holding because of its advantages, some of them hold because they want to become richer. They don't know the true value of digital money in the economy. Props to the Chinese football player.

Whatever there reason to print the code in the shirt is probably can make bitcoin advertisement. Its quite risky also to show the code in public. Its not bad if the code is for sample purposes only. However, its better to not share codes for own safety as well.

This is awesome! such a campaign for bitcoin will definitely add volumes to the exposure of bitcoin that we all seek. One thing that i have not seen much being done to promote bitcoin is one the part of our celebrities. Just imagine, these hiphop stars like Jay-Z, Rick Ross all putting on some t-shirts saying bitcoin is good, damn! this is going to be crazy. I bet it can even increase the price of bitcoin to some extent.

Or have a rubber stamp custom made with a "Buy Bitcoin, thank me later. Donate here" message, with logo, your public address, and QR code. Then stamp them on on all your cash bills. Hahaha.

Advertising Bitcoin on such grand events as football and other sports, very well contributes to its popularization. Bitcoin will attract more and more people and digital gold will gain even more supporters around the world.
With this kind of event everyone getting confuse about the QR code and start to search what is it and for that bitcoin is going to start gaining more popularity and chinese citizens will gonna love using bitcoin and I am hoping that their government will also start to accept bitcoin and they will support bitcoin.
You mean curious and not confused with the QR code....
That's the main thing, when they advertise their own addresses / QR codes for getting donations it is basically the same thing as telling the next person, and the next and the following one in a chain that Bitcoins are a good and important thing to start your journey at.
More adoption the more people will use it and so do governments.

You're right, who allowed him to do that?Bitcoin is banned in China and any step related to bitcoin especially in the transaction will surely put it at risk.
Or he is against the law of China and in order to gain the support of many people he has done so.
China has come negatively with cryptocurrency specifically bitcoin. They have seen it as a threat to their people knoeing they have the most number of citizen in the world. As far as legality is concern, the guy who wore the shirt might be in jail right now, it depends on China's jurisdiction. It's sad to know that China as we expect to lead with crypto become opposite with it.Or he is against the law of China and in order to gain the support of many people he has done so.
I've read they are also after on banning cryptocurrency mining.
I don't think he is in jail right now. If he knows that he will end up in jail, he will not wear that shirt in the first place.
