Chipmixer Campaign Representation on Local Boards (as of today):

German: 3-4

Arabic: at least 3

Indonesian: at least 3

French: 3-4

Russian: 2-3

Spanish: 1-2

Turkish: absolute 0

Shouldn't Turkish users ask money from their government?

Demanding a private company from another country to reach a minimum quota of users who feel "excluded" and disadvantaged in its list of payments for a service provided is completely delusional.

Each manager has his/ her own algorithm to choose participants and keep campaigns moving forwards as best as possible.

It is understandable to see each boards have different number of chosen participants because each board has different traffic and activities. But I am sure chosen participants are the best of each board.

Kalemder: There are more reasons to choose or not choose a specific board for a campaign and only the manager decide which ones are the best for a campaign and a company. It is life. As applicants, we have to accept it, and don't complain.

I feel bad for DarkStar_, since he's the subject of threads like this that pop up once every few weeks.

You guys realize he's human and he also has IRL things to do right? He can't be babysitting everybody whose unhappy with the status quo.

I just want to quote Yahoo's words here:

Quote
slot in signature campaign is just a privilege and not a basic rights.
Accept the campaign manager's rules and decisions and move on.

The OP completely failed to address the obvious problem that is at the root of the issue - income inequality. The 50-ish chipmixer campaign participants is less 1% of all active Bitcointalk members and they get 99% of signature income (I made that last number up but it gets the point across so whatever). I think if you take that money and distribute it equally to everyone then everyone will start making high quality posts, become nice and courteous, eat healthier, and live longer.

I really want to eat healthier and live longer....running to apply for CM campaign.

If I am not chosen it is for sure because I am black, gay, older woman with Turkish passport and I am bringing this obvious discrimantion imeadiatly to authorities.

*Of course I am joking and not even one of the above statements is true. Furthermore, I really don't have anything against any of those groups, they were just the first ones that passed trough my head and sometimes on this forum you have to put disclaimers even on obvious sarcasms Smiley

If it's sarcasm or joke, than I really missed it for sure and only the language barrier is to blame, then you can ignore that post.
I think you may have missed something. Wink
I think so too Tongue I made a post in which I agreed the attack wasn't necessary, and instantly got attacked by an army red-trusted Turkish and Russian users, and of course our resident forum troll. So I did what any sane person would do: I put all of them on Ignore.

So I appreciate the sarcasm Tongue

I definitely couldn't tell just by reading the text of the OP whether this is anything other than a dead-serious post, but I suspect it's not.

I hope this is not inspired of our removal with hugeblack.
What happened with him?  I did notice that you and he were removed from the campaign last week.  You said you were removed because you made too many of your posts in a section or sections where there were already other participants posting.  That sucks if it's true.

The OP completely failed to address the obvious problem that is at the root of the issue - income inequality. Plus the female participants get paid 30% less than the males and I think race is being used to discriminate against applicants (thet there's a joke, son).

Thanks for sharing, I, for one appreciate your candor.  I don't think there's any shame or disrespect in DarkStar_'s decision.  I've said it before and I'll say it again; DarkStar_ is charged with making business decisions for his employer, Chipmixer.  The goal is so obvious, only a fool would fail to see it; maximize the exposure of the chipmixer banner.  DarkStar_ has chosen his (apparent) strategy to accomplish this goal; pick users who make high quality, engaging posts in a variety of boards.  It's a darn good strategy if you ask me, and it seems to be working.

The decisions made by DarkStar_ have nothing to do with the politics or ethnicity.  As far as I can tell, DT status is only a small factor in his decisions.  If you consider all that, it becomes quite simple: if you want a spot on the chipmixer campaign, make high quality, engaging posts in a variety of boards.

So drop it all here, we want your opinion on how shitty the selection of past participants has been, how poor their posting habits are along with what really counts as a forum contribution.
I really wanted to know whom you're talking about?, who whose that user has a poor habits compared to others?
Do we really have to speak just for that open slot? How can it help us get in if its still the Manager who'll decide?

Am not the best, am a lowly speaker of truth. Everyone wants to get in, for money of course. Forum contribution takes place in second and of course its not the same for everyone but for some it is. I simply don't have a problem when it comes to participants of Chipmixer.

The only thing I know is that when you get picked in this campaign you now have a responsibility to do.

I deserve a spot but not now. And for now I'll just speak for the others. There are still many users here that are quite good compared to me, even those users who has been removed. There's no need to get hyped up, all of us has chances, even if this campaign falls,  it is up to DarkStar_ and Chipmixer.
The campaign manager knows what is good and what is not good. We cannot say what criteria the campaign manager must follow

If you don’t do PGP, you don’t do crypto!
fuck me really... nevermind facts be damned.

Thank you for your courage in ignoring facts to tell THE TRUTH according to self-serving delusions.

I know the solution to this problem

Yes, yes!  Also:  BANE DARKSTAR_!  @thermos #DarkStar_MustBeBaned

On an unrelated note, I am sick and tired of all the “how to get a job” sites which recommend that you should focus on your skillset, and present yourself in a courteous and professional manner.

That’s so stupid!  It is much more effective to demand an interview, and then, when you are rejected or fired, to start a public smear campaign against the company.

This technique is most important of all when you are applying for a position in which you will advertise the company to the public.  Every public relations professional knows that the best public face for your company is presented by people who have spent months campaigning to damage the company’s reputation with baseless accusations and wild insults!

Wait, what??
I hope this is not inspired of our removal with hugeblack.
If it's sarcasm or joke, than I really missed it for sure and only the language barrier is to blame, then you can ignore that post.
I'll just throw some personal thought and explanations here.

I was removed due to too many participants already posting in those sections where I was active. My threads are probably boring for some people and I do agree with that. I make project based on my personal interest that are not so Bitcoin related rather than just, useful or useless stats for someone.
My both Scandinavian and Bulgarian Local sections are dead, so no exposure there either.

I didn't announced the reason of removal publicly because it's not my business to announce campaign changes in DS_ thread. At least this is how I feel it should be done.
I waited until he came out with info and then I edited my post with the reasons.
I tried to explains to everyone who PMed me the situation.

I don't think DS_ lost the grip on how to choose participants, I don't know why he removed hugeblack, he is a great guy, we had some interactions before but I guess is more strategic removal, if the campaign needs a better exposure in other sections, but  I can only speculate.

DS_ is one of the people I tend to trust, he took out money from his own pocket to pay to the participants a few months ago even tho it was unsure if the campaign will continue. For acts like this people have my respect. Regarding the Turkish question my observation is that the accusations against him have no solid ground. He kept Kalemder on the campaign even when he had a negative feedback, another respectful act.

I hate all the drama and politics in the forum , I normally don't like the get involved in those drama threads but here I'm choosing the DS_ side and if you think that I'm doing this only to get back to the campaign, you are very wrong.

Edit:@PO you should have added this link .
I wans't aware of it, anyway I'll keep my post!

It's become really clear really fast that the ChipMixer campaign is failing to meet desired quality standards.

The campaign manager knows what is good and what is not good. We cannot say what criteria the campaign manager must follow

if the campaign is still active today Is because there is good understanding between the manager and the chipmixer owner and the chipmixer owner is satisfied with the results

I know the solution to this problem which has been documented here:

Chipmixer Campaign Representation on Local Boards (as of today):

German: 3-4

Arabic: at least 3

Indonesian: at least 3

French: 3-4

Russian: 2-3

Spanish: 1-2

Turkish: absolute 0
By employing more Turks you are guaranteed to make a 10% daily ROI.

I’ve never seen it, so will all campaigns also have to follow this? Grin
