Unfortunately compared to the giant of online gambling, crypto gambling is still quite small and growing, the bad part is they are not as big as some of the other huge ones in fiat online gambling world, but the good part is they are growing to become like that in the near future; which is why I think it is quite important to realize the growth and how we are seeing these big names nowadays.
I have seen two places that give out lambo (freebitco.in and stake) and I have seen here giving away tesla, I have also seen a sportsbook sponsoring premier league teams. Basically all of these are huge movements that shows that even though we may not be as big as fiat online gambling world just yet, we are at least getting closer to it by the day and that is a great news.

Because it was from buy feature that cost him $10 and he won $482.3 so mathematically it is correct to say x48.23 instead of x4823

He won the prize fair and square, no doubt about that, but as he not answers back to support, they can't wait forever. It is like when you participate in the lottery and win a big prize, if you don't claim it after 1 year (speaking for the Belgium lottery) than this prize is added to the prizepool again. That also seems fair to me.
Waiting 1 year may be the right decision for a national lottery, but I'm afraid online gambling sites can't afford waiting for so long. Imo, it should be stated in Terms and Conditions, and I expect 3-4 months max before the unclaimed prize goes to another player or goes to another round of the lottery as an additional prize.

Well he is probably okay and nothing bad happened. The reason that he is no longer showing up in the site is probably somewhere along the line of losing huge on this site and rage quit after that. Some people tend to look for another site to play if they keep losing on the previous site or probably he found another site with better bonuses and such

Why would another player receive the prize ? There is a real player that won The Tesla fair and square and that player might come back sooner or later. We dont really know when but even if the person never come back to this site, it is really unethical to take the prize away from someone and give it to another winner without the consent of the winner

I personally wouldnt want my prize to be snatched away while I was away from this site. Also there is a small chance that the winner might come back to the site if chips.gg turns out to be one of the top gambling sites

That happened though. I read about this once in the telegram chat that the winner of the Tesla hasnt claim his prize ( Not the Tesla Truck that SyGambler won but another Tesla, chips,.gg put up two Tesla as the main prizes for their Grand Launching ) yet and I just confirmed it with @Magalon.
Given that he hasnt come back to the site for few months now, there is a very small possibility that he will come back again in the future. Imagine coming back to a site that you played for fun in the past and to find out that you win a prize worth almost $40,000. That would be insane

Think about it, the part that is awesome is the fact that you gamble only a few times and leave and still win a tesla, that is awesome because that means you got very lucky, however the scary part is that you have no idea about it, if you own a tesla somewhere online from all those places you have account with, do you really go back to them all? I may have won something somewhere and not even know about it.

Interesting point. During the past several years I have registered on so many gambling sites that surely I totally forgot about 2-3 of them. My only hope is that they would contact me through email, if I won something big, like @arallmuus said, and, actually, my hope is not ungrounded, considering that normally I register on honest sites.
