Chips wanted to provide our players with the Ultimate Cryptocurrency Casino Experience, Content/Game choice and events play a very big role in achieving this. What we also really wanted to provide our players with was the Ultimate cashback/loyalty program and this is where our vault comes in. Instead of earning cashback only when you play, the vault allows players to receive cashback every 12 hours directly from the house profits from the previous 12 hour period, regardless or whether you play that day or not. Playing at chips and wagering at Chips (currently) will earn you 1 Chip loyalty token for every $43 wager you make. The amount wagered to earn a token increases each time 1,000,000 tokens have been earned. To be eligible for the cashback you simply lock your tokens away in the vault. This system we use if where our phrase ‘When the House wins - You win’ is coined from.
We also take responsible gambling seriously at Chips, our responsible gambling tools are available to players under their ‘profile’ section on the site, where you can set yourself a cooldown period should you need to. This is a separate entity to our Vault feature.
