Hello,
Due to the confusion, we would like to take some further time to reiterate and try to further explain our previous response to this matter.
We must stress that we cannot reveal any explicit information about how our security system runs and how players are caught out when attempting to or actively abusing the platform. This would be a dangerous breach of our security and the casino industry's security. We cannot divulge specific information however, we can say that the player was flagged for value bets on player props.
To go back to our original response on this thread, the player's account was
NOT closed because he was limited on another casino. During the conversation with the player, he shared information that he was limited elsewhere and he was asked by our support staff why he was attempting to abuse our sportsbook to which no answer was given.

I'm curious, do chips.gg and rollbit use the same sportsbook provider? one of the chats mentioned that he was flagged by the sports provider. I am curious as to what was he flagged for.
1.4. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offerings.
I am also curious, how can a gambler break rule 1.4.? from what I understand rule 1.4. is not much of a rule but like a reminder that the gambling site can change betting limits, payouts and offerings.
Yes, Chips and Rollbit use the same sportsbook provider as do hundreds of other online casinos. However, as previously stated we do not liaise with other casinos, the decisions made by Chips are final and compiled on our own information and findings when our security system or sportsbook provider flags a player.
1.4 Was presented to the user, because the limit of the user had been set to zero.
It is indeed frustrating to think that when a player losses too much, there is no flagging done or abusive behavior accusations but when a player is winning they do anything in their book of tricks to not pay the player.
We would further like to mention, especially in regard to this comment, that this is untrue in our case. Chips take our player's well-being extremely seriously and we are proud to be a very hands-on casino in terms of reaching out often to players who we would like to check in on. If a player is playing erratically and/or losing large sums of money we do take it upon ourselves in some instances to contact them, ask if they need any help from us, make sure they are comfortable with their session/s, and apply some account limits if the player needs them.
We simply do not wish to accept business from anyone who abuses our platform, which was explained to the user.
but this is where no one can understand right, what exactly did OP abuse on your site?
The player was flagged immediately by our sportsbook providers' risk management system for placing value bets on player props.
To further explain the quote you used, and for those of you who are not familiar with Chips, Chips pays out 50% of our profits to our players. This payment is made every quarter and is a substantial amount of money. We are extremely vigilant when it comes to anyone who attempts to abuse or who is actively abusing the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Our business model and community are built upon our profit sharing, VIP bonus program, cash prize promotions, and reward systems, so when somebody abuses or tries to abuse the platform in any way, we do deal with it swiftly as the people affected by their actions are not just the house it is our player base too.

Many gambling site are using the same game provider but its not ok to flag your account because they’ve seen irregularities on your account with the other site, Chipsgg should not allow this to happen and better to explain this further. OP should continue to communicate though and demand for damages if proven not guilty. I’m wondering now if the gambling site shares your data to other site? Is it safe for the gamblers?
Unfortunately it is impossible to contact @Chipsgg. They are banned me from live support, everyone here is waiting for an explanation from them, but of course they will not answer.
When your account was closed at Chips you are correct in saying that you can no longer access our live support feature, you were given an email address to send any further correspondence to by our live support agent. You were and are more than welcome to send any further questions you have to the email address you were given.
To conclude our response, we would like to reiterate that we will not share private evidence here on a public forum as it would be a huge breach of security. The OP is welcome to open a case with ask gamblers, who we will be more than happy to share our evidence of the abuse with if required.

1) First of all, you say that my limit is 0, you are wrong about this. I shared the bet I made 2 days ago on Rollbit. Now I have another random bet and I am sharing it with you as you can see. I don't have any problem with rollbit. This information you got is absolutely wrong.

2) I'm sharing the bets I got from Chips.gg again. These are the kinds of bets that anyone can buy from any betting site all over the world.
Chipsgg all bets:

[email protected] and
[email protected] , none of the emails I sent for 2 days were answered
You still haven't told me which bet I took from Chips.gg and abused it. You say that my limit is 0 in Rollbit, I have proven again and again that this is not true. Who is lying ?To go back to our original response on this thread, the player's account was NOT closed because he was limited on another casino. This is absolutely ridiculous, you don't even say what bet I'm abusing and you say I didn't answer. This is total bullshit

We should give the Nobel peace prize to @Chipsgg. How much does he think about his players
Does someone who wants to abuse the site play casino games? 70-80% of my earnings came from Evolution Bj games. Not all bets I have received have won, and I have many losing bets. (I cannot show my losing bets because my account has been banned.)Evo Bj games :
https://i.hizliresim.com/pn21h7m.pngAs can be seen on the right, my account has reached the 46th level, could it be all 6 bets I bought? Unfortunately
I will never stop defending myself in this scam and will continue to share it everywhere.
