Reading through this topic I don't see how anyone objective can look at all the evidence provided and side with Chips.gg, seems almost certainly like taking money from a winning player.

Also impressive job at responding to almost everything but the parts they know are indefensible

Most players violate the roles of a casino without even knowing, how can one who was a van from someone else still commit a similar offense on the new one, and when their accounts are restricted, their ruse out to accuse the casino of banning their accounts unfairly?

But if you the player can share some basic information to make your claim to have some substantial evidence or will help fast track the level of support you will receive because others will have evidence to work with.

What kind of proof do I have to provide? Chips.gg accuses me of abusing for betting on 2 of the world's biggest sports events. (WC-NBA) Similar bets I also shared images that I bought and paid from stake.com. It's not me who has to provide evidence chips.gg  @chipsgg

Hello,

Due to the confusion, we would like to take some further time to reiterate and try to further explain our previous response to this matter.

We must stress that we cannot reveal any explicit information about how our security system runs and how players are caught out when attempting to or actively abusing the platform. This would be a dangerous breach of our security and the casino industry's security. We cannot divulge specific information however, we can say that the player was flagged for value bets on player props.

To go back to our original response on this thread, the player's account was NOT closed because he was limited on another casino. During the conversation with the player, he shared information that he was limited elsewhere and he was asked by our support staff why he was attempting to abuse our sportsbook to which no answer was given.

-snip
I'm curious, do chips.gg and rollbit use the same sportsbook provider? one of the chats mentioned that he was flagged by the sports provider. I am curious as to what was he flagged for.

1.4. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offerings.
I am also curious, how can a gambler break rule 1.4.? from what I understand rule 1.4. is not much of a rule but like a reminder that the gambling site can change betting limits, payouts and offerings.

Yes, Chips and Rollbit use the same sportsbook provider as do hundreds of other online casinos. However, as previously stated we do not liaise with other casinos, the decisions made by Chips are final and compiled on our own information and findings when our security system or sportsbook provider flags a player.

1.4 Was presented to the user, because the limit of the user had been set to zero.

It is indeed frustrating to think that when a player losses too much, there is no flagging done or abusive behavior accusations but when a player is winning they do anything in their book of tricks to not pay the player.

We would further like to mention, especially in regard to this comment, that this is untrue in our case. Chips take our player's well-being extremely seriously and we are proud to be a very hands-on casino in terms of reaching out often to players who we would like to check in on. If a player is playing erratically and/or losing large sums of money we do take it upon ourselves in some instances to contact them, ask if they need any help from us, make sure they are comfortable with their session/s, and apply some account limits if the player needs them.

We simply do not wish to accept business from anyone who abuses our platform, which was explained to the user.

but this is where no one can understand right, what exactly did OP abuse on your site?

The player was flagged immediately by our sportsbook providers' risk management system for placing value bets on player props.

To further explain the quote you used, and for those of you who are not familiar with Chips, Chips pays out 50% of our profits to our players. This payment is made every quarter and is a substantial amount of money. We are extremely vigilant when it comes to anyone who attempts to abuse or who is actively abusing the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Our business model and community are built upon our profit sharing, VIP bonus program, cash prize promotions, and reward systems, so when somebody abuses or tries to abuse the platform in any way, we do deal with it swiftly as the people affected by their actions are not just the house it is our player base too.

Many gambling site are using the same game provider but its not ok to flag your account because they’ve seen irregularities on your account with the other site, Chipsgg should not allow this to happen and better to explain this further. OP should continue to communicate though and demand for damages if proven not guilty. I’m wondering now if the gambling site shares your data to other site? Is it safe for the gamblers?

Unfortunately it is impossible to contact @Chipsgg. They are banned me from live support, everyone here is waiting for an explanation from them, but of course they will not answer.

When your account was closed at Chips you are correct in saying that you can no longer access our live support feature, you were given an email address to send any further correspondence to by our live support agent. You were and are more than welcome to send any further questions you have to the email address you were given.

To conclude our response, we would like to reiterate that we will not share private evidence here on a public forum as it would be a huge breach of security. The OP is welcome to open a case with ask gamblers, who we will be more than happy to share our evidence of the abuse with if required.

1) First of all, you say that my limit is 0, you are wrong about this. I shared the bet I made 2 days ago on Rollbit. Now I have another random bet and I am sharing it with you as you can see. I don't have any problem with rollbit. This information you got is absolutely wrong.

You still haven't told me which bet I took from Chips.gg and abused it. You say that my limit is 0 in Rollbit, I have proven again and again that this is not true. Who is lying ?

We should give the Nobel peace prize to @Chipsgg. How much does he think about his players Smiley

Does someone who wants to abuse the site play casino games? 70-80% of my earnings came from Evolution Bj games. Not all bets I have received have won, and I have many losing bets. (I cannot show my losing bets because my account has been banned.)

Evo Bj games : https://i.hizliresim.com/pn21h7m.png

As can be seen on the right, my account has reached the 46th level, could it be all 6 bets I bought? Unfortunately I will never stop defending myself in this scam and will continue to share it everywhere.

Do you have any answers to give? @chipsgg

Chipsgg already provide a detailed explanation based on there last reply here. I believe they already assumed that they explained already their side so don’t expect them to reply here again quick. I suggest that you should create this post too on Askgambler because they are active on this kind of case. Chipsgg probably ill not released sensitive data in the public while Askgambler is the platform which casino can give their evidence without exposing it in public.

I didn’t follow your case but if I understand correctly. You are just demanding now to explain what kind of abused did you do? I see many case like this on Askgambler, you should try that too since casino has fast communication with that platform than here in terms of complaints that casino is convinced that they are right.

Can anyone see any situation that would require them to ban me, which constitutes a crime in their statement?

This user was flagged by our sportsbook provider....

can you post proof that shows your provider has flagged OP's account? show us an email from your provider informing you which OP's account was flagged, and for what reasons did your provider flag the OP's account? I read everything you wrote and I confess I can't understand OP is being accused of what exactly

After investigation, we determined that this user's flag and limitations were warranted for abusing the sportsbook option at Chips.

so that I understand better, first your provider flagged the OP's account, then you at the casino did an investigation and discovered that the OP is breaking your TOS, but what exactly did you discover? and why won't you tell the OP what he is being accused of?

You can find our full list of sports betting terms of service here: https://chips.gg/terms/sports

The terms of service broken by the user are as follows:

1.4. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offerings.

3.3. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet.

3.8. Maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Sportsbook platform and are subject to change without prior written notice. Sportsbook platform also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well.

3.13. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to suspend a client account without prior notice.

13.1. If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds to any damages due by you.

but those TOS points don't have any point where OP broke, if you had said that:

1 - it is forbidden to have many accounts
2 - and forbidden to use VPN
4 - It is forbidden to cheat in games

and then you post proof that OP cheated so you could accuse OP of breaking TOS rule 4

We simply do not wish to accept business from anyone who abuses our platform, which was explained to the user.

but this is where no one can understand right, what exactly did OP abuse on your site?

I was abusing Rollbit, which is the same infrastructure but another site, and said that they would delete all my wins from his account and close my membership.
What a lame excuse  Huh, even if indeed you abused rollbit, how is this their business? Is chips.gg connected to rollbit in anyway?

And again, if they are going to close an account of a user, aren't they supposed to pay the user all his money before closing the account?
Indeed, In a city where there is no law or the law isn't enforced, people and businesses gain the freedom to do and behave in what ever way they please..

Unfortunately, I don't think chips.gg have an active community on this forum, what I would advice you do is to do some research and see if you can find any authority governing them so you can report this case, this is an outright fraud and shouldn't be condoned.

They already said no, they are not connected in any to Rollbit.

Chips.gg has given their reason above already, it's on their decision whether to closed an account and return the money to the player if they suspected that something is not right, although this is still open for interpretation.

Anyway, I'm not going to side on this one, just wait for the community to decide.

  - That's what is surprising about the chips.gg side that they have no connection with Rollbit, but the reason why they say that they (chipsgg) were abused is that they saw the complainant being abusive at Rollbit.

It seems like this is what they mean, for example, the mistake you made to others they think you did the same to them even though it wasn't real, it was just said but they have no evidence to show that you did something bad to them. So I also understand what Sir @Fivestar4everMVP means

chips.gg provider sends evidence that you abuse rollbit and then penalized your chips.gg account. amazing how they can do this.

your account only have 12900 that's a relief compare to the other thread that you resurrect, he got 60000. that guy didn't get any support unlike you. i guess his post history made him more of a suspect. you on the other hand, got an evidence and a lame excuse so hope you get your money.

evidence? the only evidence provided was too many people placing the same bets and OP admitted that he has referrals under him, In my opinion that is not even a hard evidence.

You won't be saying pretty easily when you get to experience getting limited when you are winning alot in sportsbetting.

^ For sure they will not because they are not connected, though they have the same game provider they are not connected to each other.
I am reading the entire thread which is hard for me to give a conclusion, probably let us wait for the chips.gg side to answer this concern which is I suspected that their reason could be violating the TOS. I hope one of their representative or the owner will explain this complaint which is we can also learn to avoid if someone planning to gamble at that casino, chips.gg.

Is this possible, to punish one player because of the wrongdoing he did in other casinos, does Chips.gg have this in their TOS first time I read something like this and this is not acceptable you treat your player based on the action of your platform not on what he did in another platform this is worse than scamming because the player is innocence, he trusts your casino and believes that you are legit but what you did is something that is quite unbelievable.
I think it has happened for the same game provider for both rollbit and chips. The game provider may look into it as the OP is winning. When a user wins a few times and did not make the game provider lower the limit. I have faced the same type of issue and several sites limit my odd limit. But never faced issues like a ban.
