Hello,

This user was flagged by our sportsbook provider and their account was limited automatically due to this. After investigation, we determined that this user's flag and limitations were warranted for abusing the sportsbook option at Chips.

To clarify, the user attempted to explain in his conversation with our support agent, that he also played at another casino, of which he told us about and showed screenshots to us regarding the limitations they applied to his sports betting account with them. We do not liaise with other casinos when dealing with abuse and the decision was not made because of this. Nor was the other casino brought into the conversation by our support agent.





The user's KYC has not been approved and at the time of account closure was still pending approval, neither was he required or asked in this instance to provide it.

The terms of service broken by the user are as follows:

1.4. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offerings.

3.3. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet.

3.8. Maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Sportsbook platform and are subject to change without prior written notice. Sportsbook platform also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well.

3.13. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to suspend a client account without prior notice.

13.1. If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds to any damages due by you.

Our support agent explained to the user that his deposit would be returned in full, and his account would be closed. We simply do not wish to accept business from anyone who abuses our platform, which was explained to the user.

In response to this, yes, the user has advertised to pay half of the confiscated funds to his social media following should he gain them back through his complaint procedure and asked them to post negative reviews on our trust pilot as part of this campaign. This has been reported and we hope that the genuine reviews can remain, so people are able to make an informed decision about joining our platform.

Let's say I did Rollbit-abusing and started playing on @Chips.gg Everything is legal here and they can't find an excuse to ban me. Do you think that's reason enough to ban me?(Rollbit-abusing)

-There is no clause in the contract rules that if you abuse another site, you will be banned from our site.

The only reason they gave me was that I was abusing the rollbit. (There is no such case). They didn't tell me anything about any abusing on Chips, only reason is Rollbit-Abusing. If they have any evidence, let them share it here, I can apologize and delete the topic. (Of course they will ignore it because they don't have proof.)

[email protected] is not responding to my emails. They banned me even though I didn't use any slang words from live support. They avoid talking to me. The result is clear @Chips.gg is a scam site

Exactly my point on not buying easily this case. It’s odd for the support to brought up competitor name to there own casino. The OP can’t provide full details but I’m not convinced that Chips itself is using Rollbit case to dodge OP withdrawal. We need full evidence before we conclude on this case because there’s a chance that OP commit a violation on both Chips and Rollbit which is the reason of Chips to ban the OP account.

@Chips.gg representative should be looking on this case to provide full report on the issue. Ignoring this case only means that they are partly guilty on allegation.

My account at Rollbit is open, only my betting limits have been reduced to $100, I can bet, deposit and withdraw money within these limits. Will they let me play if I abuse it on Rollbit?

If this is the case, then how did they know that you are abusing Rollbit?

This is weird case though for support or the casino itself to just close someone accounts who goes on a KYC already on their platform and pass it and then suddenly claiming that they he is abusing their system and then just close his account?

I admit that I used Chips.gg in the past specially when they are new here in the community, never had problems.

Chips told me, When I asked Rollbit about this, she said they don't share data.

Did they tell you that or you yourself told them that you are abusing Rollbit?

I'm just trying to understand everything since as as far as I know Chips.gg has build a reputation already here. And I'm not sure if casinos are sharing information amongst themselves because I don't that they are doing it although it is possible.

I only have these images because my account was banned. First of all, they asked me to confirm this KYC, I confirmed.I had $6000 in my account at the time. Then, when the money in my account doubled and $ 15,500, they said that I was abusing Rollbit and your account would be closed. This is exactly the case.

I know that it’s unethical if the Chips reps is the who one who brought up. I’m asking for a more clarification on how they come up to that statement because the evidence is crop. If you read my statement, I want to determine whether the OP brought up his status with Rollbit or not. There’s no need to lecture about how unethical casino because I encounter a lot in the past. You are just repeating other user statement above.

I’m asking a clarification and complete evidence that will make this case strong against the casino. There’s a lot of issue like this that turns out that accuser is the one abusing and using the forum user to support him by providing manipulated evidence.


Can you post the conversation before that accusation statement. I’m asking this because I need to prove that Chips is looking on there customer data from other casino. I want to see what’s the discussion before they accused you of cheating on Rollbit. Much better to post complete screenshot by parts. I really want to help you to establish your case.

I'm not sure what is happening with chipsgg site but this case seems to be valid and legit as they need to face it here now.

They should close their sportsbook if they can't handle the fact that sometimes players can win.

Using other casino as an excuse doesn't prove anything.  This simply show that the casino has no valid proof to  throw against the player.  And it is funny how to casino exchange information of their players.  That is very unethical.  



The casino probably is looking for some hole to accuse the player.  If the KYC verification failed,  then the casino won't have any problem confiscating the users funds and winnings.  It is the best first step to deny a player of payment.

They say my fault is just Rollbit abusing. If I have another crime, they can come here and explain it with their evidence. If they are right, I will delete this thread and apologize to them.

To prove I didn't have any issues with Rollbitt, I took a random bet yesterday and sent it to them.

Can you please share the whole conversation with the support of Chips.gg. I want to understand furthermore how Rollbit brought up to his issue just to ban his account. I want to be fair here before jumping into conclusion but I’m sensing that Chips.gg point out an irregularities to the OP while OP stated that he is doing this same method on Rollbit. This is just my assumption because it’s odd for a CS to brought up other casino name out of nowhere.

And also please explain what’s the abuse they are accusing to you because there’s no clear detail on what’s your offense aside from your statement and the crop reply of the support. It’s odd too that Chips.gg support is typing with a lot of typo error. He seems a freelance CS.  


No kidding, Why casino will required KYC if they are just gonna declined the withdrawal of there user? What’s the sense of asking KYC documents while the result is already determined.

there are many people complaining about them, some even i can think that it is the same person who created several trustpilot accounts, but there are many real complaints, this casino is not providing good service, at least in my case i would not use this casino

Bitcointalk ranks does not matter, it is an external account — a casino account. The number of years a casino operation does not matter as well. There are lots of them who have once with good reputation then sucks later on.

The case OP looks like legit based on the screenshot and it's a very lame excuse for what the support answered. This is a unique case from other casino issue i have read actually, that's why a representative/community manager should be heard here or any gambling community/forum, why this is possible.
