It's really cheap because those ICO participants that got their TIME for the first batch sold them immediately.
Because they think that the price will be dropped and this coin will be dead very soon. But I haven't checked it out on what's the current price.
I believe that this will pump and will make it to 2 decimal places.

When will this bounty get released? I am hoping to buy some cheap TIME when the mass signature campaign holders all sell in an illiquid market.
IIR that would be on March 25 just like these guys above are saying. It's not new that after ICO the coin will be dumped by those participants.
They are just for the profit but I guess if most of you people here will just keep on holding it then you will get some good profit from it.

Why people here seems to get excited with their bounties? Though I'm not an investor or participant of Chronobank. But you should guys read the ANN thread of this coin for the updates : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1680361.4980 AFAIK your bounties will be give on 25th of March. Just dig it up with their ANN.
Why they don't just do that and lock the thread so not to get any more past participants anymore excited than they should be and just wait until the 24th like everybody has already said. 
Exact as what I'm thinking, since they got their very own ANN thread where participants can get updates from their bounties. I guess ahmed needs to close this thread but I'm guess that those participant rants will go to the ANN thread claiming their bounties. For those peeps out there, be calm and wait for the said date, I hope that will give you some chill.
What you said is correct Locking this thread is not good as all the bounty hunters will then go to the ANN thread and start to spam and even they will start to tell it scam as they will take this locking thread as scamming. So better leave bounty hunters to spam in this thread itself. Even if they know when they are going to receive the bounty coins they just wanted to kill their spare time that is why they just come here and keep asking about the bounty coins distribution details.

This is the thread for the bounty so better to update us here for information we need for distribution not in the Ann thread.
The manager of this campaign (ahmed) is not active on this forum. He only update on the slack and his team is the one who update the bounty on main thread. This thread is actually useless because they are already done on using the bounty hunters.
