Have filled in forms but my rank have not updated 
I would have suggested you following the discussion in this thread as your issue has been widely and heroically addressed many times here.
However, it's four days left now until the end of this campaign, so nevermind. Just keep doing what you do

The rank shown in the main spreadsheet will be your initial rank until the end of the campaign.
Even if your rank has changed and you did not forget to fill in the form above we won't change the name of your initial rank in the spreadsheet. Because it's initial rank, not current rank.
