In the case Chunk will reach 250 votes, what will happen? Most of people votes more than one time due to daily free vote so, how will nova treat Chunk if it will gain 250 votes?

The other annoying prob is the chain is stuck

right click on your wallet shortcut and properties
in path case add a space and --rescan at the end of the line and ok
run your wallet and it will take sometimes as it will rescan all your blockchain file
