Are there any official announcement from the exchange dev? I think the coins there are gone forever. My coins stuck in altex. But I have given out 2 votes in nova so far.

I have a small amount of bitcoin here,I am thinking to add more but with this issue I doubt if I will use this exchange again,they should have sent a newsletter notification that they are going down or at least set up a redirect for notification,this exchange is over.
