This sounds like a deal that is way too good to be true. In NJ (USA) cigs are about $8-$14 a pack. In NY (USA) a pack is about $11-14. You may get some people but not a lot of offers as this does not seem worth the hassle.

On 1 pack make around 30 cents profit and shipping is free for me at the office. Also i dont really do it for profit but this is a much cheaper way to save BTC instead of buying and pay 15% more then value.
