all 5 are $25:-(
You should only be using one bitcoin address. Use different worker extensions but the same bitcoin address, otherwise you risk being postponed much longer for payouts.

I use one bitcoin address with 5 workers...
Then I misunderstood what you were talking about when you said "all 5 are $25." I guess you meant all 5 add up to only $25

...I mine using 5 pieces of dragon t1 since 3 days and my postponed balance seems to be $25 which should have to be much higher!...
At 118.1% of expected shares for one block, what makes you think that your five block difficulty payout amount should be more than $125 after only 3 days with ~80TH? The dragon miners are nice, but they're not actual dragons and as such do not produce magical amounts of hash.

@ yankees  yes.   Lets say  in 55 days  you went from 0/55 to 55/55 share.

Lets say there is a really good price spike  to 15000 a coin.

For the next 20 days if you jump from a 500% pool  like ck's  your share drops  slowly  like

55/55 of your 80th    meanwhile  the entire 80th shifted to f2pool  paying pps   so  on this day  you are doing 160th  with only 80th in gear
54/55    "                  then on this day  you are doing 54/55 = .98 x 80 = 78th + 80 th = 158th   with only 80th in gear.
53/55    "
52/55    "
51/55    "
50/55    "
49/55    "
48/55    "
47/55    "
46/55    "
45/55
44/55
43/55
42/55
41/55
40/55
39/55
38/55
37/55
36/55
35/55

So for these 20 days  I mined 80th at f2pool  and mined about 65th in banked hash from ck  or 145th for those 20th during a price spike

At this point  I put gear back at ck's pool

wait till it goes to full share of 55/55 then hope sooner or later for the price spike.

this works only on a  price spike  upwards  but it is a powerful edge  only found by mining at ck's pool  and being at a full share when a price spike hits.

Some would argue  the same can be achieved on kano's pool but he is not fee free.

So phil if you  have 80th  at full share  50 days from now and there is a good price spike  you get to kind of double dip.

Am I correct?

Hi,
Is this the official way to determine my current balance? Is there any page about the payout? I mine using 5 pieces of dragon t1 since 3 days and my postponed balance seems to be $25 which should have to be much higher!

So i'd like to know:
- what is the payout period (or what is the estimated expected payout period)?
- what is the minimum payout?
- is there any official balance or payout info of the pool?

It's very nice to be technical description of why this algorithm is good, why better then other etc, but for and average miner it'd be much important to know the current status of his mining, And there is not any such info on the page.

you just don't understand  the method.

it is on the page one.

what you don't understand is the concept of 500%  before you get full shares.

here goes nothing.

80Th is

80000 gh

the pool is 19ph as I type.

http://ckpool.org/

19 ph is   19,000,000

a full share for you is 80,000/19,000,000 or  0.0042105 of a each block made

so 0042105 x 12.6 = 0.053052 btc.

now the kicker is this  19,0000,000 earns  1.153 btc a day  since 500% is the goal  that is 5x 12.6 or 63 coins

63/1.153 =  54.64 days  before you get full shares...

you are at 3 days  so 3/54.64 x 0.053052 = ?     your current share   is about 0.0029128  or close to 24 days.

Your question  is why is this method better then any other?

the answer is   no method is better then this one as long as the pool maintains okay luck.

the pool is fee free
the pool gives all transaction fees

below is what 108 days of mining  could do.

notice 54 days to peak your share to full
and then 54 days to zero the share out.

this is really  good if  coins jump up in price  once you peak to full.

It is, and probably will stay, a little bit slow because it uses 4 API calls to 3 different sites in order for diff and pricing info to be as current as possible.

Nice the hash counts for you and for us!

Side note for home mining in ckpool is if you need to turn off the asic ramp down is slower and your shares have already been submitted. We had a bbq with family over I'll set a couple high velocity fans in front of the rack and power down. Quiet bbq, then just power up again. Just be careful what temps and conditions you power up in. Mostly in cold or humid conditions. Grats again!

Now when will that next block pop? ;P

Understood and appreciated. This is a good lesson and exercise in patience and trust. Both traits I can improve on. Keep up the great work.

The http://www.yourcomputergenie.com/?address=1GeniexG7MnLr9WH48jG1cPLqgGbqUsaFM page I made now differentiates between those in the payout and those postponed.
It is, and probably will stay, a little bit slow because it uses 4 API calls to 3 different sites in order for diff and pricing info to be as current as possible.
it's clear (from so much such questions) that it's not clear for most users. it'd be very good to include such a status in the user page of ckpool? imho most user will love to see such a feature.
Like so many things, it's a work in progress that only progresses as the person freely giving their time to create has time to create. The entire point of the pool is that it's minimalistic and free to use. I'm sure there are 10,000 features that people would "love to see", all of which take time to develop and free development comes at a slowish pace in the 21st century.

...Your stats showed a payout of $2400ish with about double my TH....
My personal stats will almost never show a "full picture" because I do both actual mining and large rentals (the last rental being a single day rental that averages out to ~25-35TH for 30 days), and due to profitability of other things I'm involved in neither are full time.

Sry -ck I knew there was a risk in posting a wall like that.

(Hopefully they saw and grats on the added hash for our pool)

On topic: love the 3rd party "link". I cant imagine how many questions on ramp up adn reward this will alleviate.

Great community pool. Thank you all.

Sweet! thanks so much for your efforts. I"m not seeing the differenciation though, the page still looks the same to me but maybe i'm missing it.....
here is my stats from:
http://www.yourcomputergenie.com/?address=1FLhot6HnyaUTQ6a6Ms6gzuswt2kXBtCVZ

Current Block Reward: 12.75027727

Current Difficulty Needed: 4,143,878,474,754

     Pool 5 min: 16.6P

Estimated time between blocks: 12 days, 9 hours, 49 min, 34 sec

Estimated time for new miner to hit full 5N: 62 days, 1 hours, 7 min, 51 sec

Pool's current block diff (percent submitted of 1 block expected): 61.8%

Time left to block (assuming perfect world 100%): 4 days, 17 hours, 46 min, 10 sec

1FLhot6HnyaUTQ6a6Ms6gzuswt2kXBtCVZ

My 5 min: 46.7T

If we hit a block right now, I'd get:

     0.085241% of the current payout

     0.01086844 BTC

     $94.56 (at $8700.39 BTC/USD)

Your stats showed a payout of $2400ish with about double my TH. So would it be fair to say once i'm through the full rampup phase when we hit a block my payouts should be about 1/2 of yours?

Thanks so much!

Finally got my 3 dragons and our data centre setup with 4" ducting to a wall that can take 10 asics :-)
