So I can see my 0.78 BCC now using electroncash wallet, but it keeps saying unconfirmed beside my amount, and says insufficient funds when I try to send it to another address. Just keeps saying waiting for fee estimate. Anyone know what this is?

I think you can't send the whole amout but have to consider the transaction fee. As far as I remember there is a bar, with that you can reduce or increase the fee. I just reduced the amount to be send step by step until it worked.

The main difference between Bitcoin cash and a new altcoin, is the popularity and the exposure. So think of this like a brand-new alt coin that had one of the best promotion policies out there and has a little bit better chance than most on making it on the exchanges. It will take sometime before BCC will really show its worth, if any.

Bitcoin cash should be around for at least a little while. If the window for acquiring it is that small they you don't want it anyway because the window for selling it's going to be even smaller. The best way to handle it, is to treat it like a brand new alt coin. Do the same research, find the exchanges, find the wallet software, and just pretend that the name has nothing to do with Bitcoin whatsoever.

Hi .. Think of it this way:

you send 5 btc after fork your transactions are in the new only btc blocks, the bcc doesn't see your 5 btc anymore so you can not claim those 5 send btc to bcc. Only the 5 before fork coins are in the bcc history blocks

So you can only get 5bcc if you now how to
I have another experience. Gained BCH on my wallet. Sent half of my BTC to a service. Made a backup from my wallet. Restored and BCH disappeared. Made the needed steps to gain the BCH again and full amount, that was on my wallet before split where paid in BCH because my transfer was after split.

So that means If I had 10 BTC in my Blockchain wallet before segwit(1 aug) and after segwit if i already have transfered 5 BTC to some other wallet, so in My Blockchain.info wallet i can claim only for remaining 5 BTC's BCC?
If yes then what will happen of my rest 5 BTC? which were available in my Blockchain wallet at the time of Segwit activation?
Please reply.

Hello I have only one question:
If before Segwit I was having 10 BTC in blockchain.info and If i today transfer those 10 BTC to to some other wallet? Will I still get the BCC(btc cash) from blockchain.info ?  Huh
Or what if I first transfer BTC and then import private keys and claim BCC, just to be in safe side? will that work please guide. Roll Eyes

Thanks all for your support and reply in advance.
No, you need to transfer your private key from blockchain, so that history is shown. If you only send from one wallet to another, you will have "new" BTC, that is not eglible to gain BCH.

I don't think so because blockchain.info is an online wallet and they are not providing any private keys to their user.

You must ask this question last week not now that Segwit is activated, prevention is better than cure though. But I hope the best for you.

I haven't tried it in a long time but I always thought you could access your private keys from the computer browser version of blockchain.info.

I don't think you can access it from the iPhone app

No, I don't think, that its to late. You can gain BCH whenever you want, as long as you had already Bitcoin before split.
Maybe this tutorial could help you out. Found it by Google:

I've wallet provided by Blockchain.info. As they wrote, they will not support BCC. My question is: How do I get safely BCC when I have BTC in my blockchain wallet? Is NOW there a chance to get it or I am too late?

Ty

Anybody gets his BCC from Blockchain until now?

Yes, I got my BCC just a few minutes ago.
Downloaded electroncash on a 2nd computer, put in the private key from blockchain.info wallet... et voilà. I'm really glad that it was easier than I expected.

I got it.
1 Step
Download Electron Cash
2 Step
Restore Wallet with seed Phrase. (I have try multiple options before I did it (checkboxes BIP39 seed)).

So you were successfully able to claim your bitcoin cash from your blockchain.info wallet?  I haven't even tried it yet but I'm holding enough there to make me do it at some point. I'm not in a hurry to sell though so I'm going to see where this goes. I want both chains to be successful

So even if you get it into electron cash, bittrex isn't taking any bcc yet so you can't do anything with it for the time being. I really should have had the rest of my money on Bittrex too. You automatically got bcc and can trade it ;(

With regard to blockchain.info keys...  You can see/print all of your private keys (imported and those created with blockchain.info) by selecting a paper wallet in Advanced Settings.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as you. Did you figure out how to take your BCC from blockchain.info?

Thanks!

You just type the 12 words with spaces, but still not sure about whether this will work. I wish there was a place to type in an address and see what BCC is in it.
If you have private key address BTC on blockchain.info, you can import it to wallet ElectronCash and claim BCC. But some people on Bitcointalk recommend after claim BCC, please send all BTC in address this private key to other address for keep safe your funds, because in one day devs this wallet can rob your Bitcoin anytime Smiley
