I only set for ETH which is maximum -ethi 16
For any 2nd coin, I just let it rip and get the Nanos to work as hard as possible
because these Nanos are undervolted using the Heliox rom, and overclocked a bit.
So far these Nanos are heavily stretched but they run cool at 68-72c
So just let them fly....

Did you try play with -dcri too?

At value around 30-35 you will have about the same ETH mining speed, but higher ALT compared to pre-set values

power bill is my major concern.

I am sure -dcri 30-45 will further increase power consumption and heat.

Just started dual mining SC - is the following about right for a 6 GPU Nanos?

6 x R9 Nanos/W8.1/Celeron1840/HSrock H81/16GB RAM/120GB SSD
Nanos are modded with Heliox -125mV ROM, and OC a bit to 1040/300

ETH - Total Speed: 157.159 Mh/s
ETH: GPU0 26.407 Mh/s, GPU1 26.098 Mh/s, GPU2 26.227 Mh/s, GPU3 26.321 Mh/s, GPU4 25.910 Mh/s, GPU5 26.196 Mh/s

SC - Total Speed: 2357.385 Mh/s
SC: GPU0 396.102 Mh/s, GPU1 391.471 Mh/s, GPU2 393.409 Mh/s, GPU3 394.816 Mh/s, GPU4 388.650 Mh/s, GPU5 392.937 Mh/s

Thank you, citronick

I might add, that it is part of a professional server room with ideal ventilation.
Right now i have stable 20C in the room.

Therefore voltage is stock.

Can you tell me the conf for mining EXP and SIA

Sure. Here is what my config.txt looks like.

Code:
-epool exp-us.dwarfpool.com:8018
-ewal yourwallet/yourworker
-epsw x
-esm 0
-dcoin sc
-dpool http://sia-us-east1.nanopool.org:9980/miner/header?address=yourwallet&worker=yourworker
-dpsw x
-allcoins exp
-mode 0

You need the / between the dwarfpool wallet/worker for exp
You need the & between the sia.nanopool wallet

Any other optional settings you want to use like -tt or -dcri or whatever. I use -tt 75.

Core Clock: 1100
Memory Clock: 1600
Fan Speed: ~45%

Solo Eth:
~45.15 Mhs with the current DAG epoch #63.

p.s. there's an external fan pointing directly at the rig; consumes 60w/h & does dang good job managing the cards temp!

Just for statistics - next time you will restart your rig (hopefully not very soon!) - could you please make a simple test with SIA/DCR using -dcri 40 (50, 75)?

I don't overclock/undervolt yet. So these are stock:

Sapphire 280x
ETH: 18.26 MH
ETH/SIA: 18.37 MH / 275 MH

EXP: 25.74 MH
EXP/SIA: 24.6 MH / 367 MH   -  and triple mine with CPU GRS 1 MH  (this is an i7 box, exp/sia works, the other coins not nearly as well.)

XFX 380
ETH: 19.8 MH
ETH/SIA: 19.1 MH / 286 MH
ETH/DCR: 19.8 MH / 297 MH

ASUS STRIX 380
ETH: 20.6 MH
ETH/SIA: 19.6 MH / 294 MH
ETH/DCR: 20.3 MH / 304 MH

PowerColor 380x
ETH: 20.4 MH
ETH/SIA: 20.4 MH / 306 MH
ETH/DCR: 20.3 MH / 305 MH

Pretty much other than standard settings only thing I do is -tt 75

Edited for clarification on the CPU mining and corrected speed.

R9 290 Reference STILT BIOS MOD

Voltage dependent on ASIC Quality.
947/1250 (stock)

ETH: 26 MH/s
SIA: 525 MH/s

+40 DCRI

This currently leads to the highest payouts for a 290. I can't overclock most of my 290 because they got bad ASIC quality and crash the system while Dual mining and it gets WAY too hot and loud with fans running at 90%.
