The problem is, as the dev sends more batches of coins to people, more and more CTIC3 are flowing into Cryptopia and being dumped. The bigger the supply = the lower the price. I don't see any possibility to go upward from here, unfortunately.
Well I think it's a question of trust: most of people don't like this kind of behavior, doesn't matter it's really a lack from dev or from c-cex for example.
Now it's on dev to act in a way that people can in some way have faith that the coin at least can grow a little.
A detailed roadmap or some kind of hype due to a future event can do that.

I can't understand the thought of a person who buys the coin for 100, sees that it can leave the 1000 and places the sale for 170 .... I bought mine a long time ago for 70 and the lowest price I sold was 700, an almost irrelevant part. Too bad....
