On the one hand, I think you may need to increase your bounty (that's underpaid for software developer).
If you read carefully, this is for public. I am not paying someone to develop for me only. Others are free to add to the bounty. The developer owns the code and can request donations in future. This is just to get the ball roling on open source project.
