What is your minimum raised funds goal for start project? (soft cap I mean)

Softcap was $1.5m, and has been reached - we believe that we have already raised enough to develop our platform, of course the rest is a question of scalability

I seen, that you raised 3 mln already. Which is hard cap? and what will be with unsold tokens?

I don't get it. It says in the website https://atlant.io/

There is only two days and 5 hours left for the ICO round 2.

But according to Frogman:

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017, the day after ATLANT’s currently running ICO ends, on October 31, 2017.

So, which is it?

There are several rounds, and we're now on round 2.

ICO ends on October 31, 2017

We will ask all exchanges that are going to trade ATLANT ATL token from the start to start trading November 1st, the day right after the ICO is over.

Right now it's tidex.com & etherdelta.com but we are very close in our discussions with a few other exchanges.
any big exchange such as bittrex or poloniex? if can list on these exchange that will be a big move for this ICO

We are trying to make that happen - of course we would like to list on major exchanges.
I'm really excited with that to happen, for now we should be focus on the ICO and let's show our support to ensure
we can raise a good amount necessary to improve the project. Big exchange will surely be possible soon, if we have a good amount to pay
and a big community to show support everything will be possible.

I think ATLANT is a bit late to start the ICO, if you start the ICO earlier you might be earn more than now, because I think you start the ICO when ICO is under fire. But with your different feature and almost all feature you get, I believe 15 % of the coin will be sold until the ICO

I would love to list my roof for rent.  People can stay on top of my roof for $x and on the bottom of my roof for $x.  Is it okay to list your roof for rent with Atlant?

What do you think caused such a decline in contributers?

The positive in this is that there is less of a supply, which should make our share more valuable.  The team has said that they have enough to move forward with the project.  But obviously more is better.

We should be coming out with more updates to the DEX and a brand new P2P rental engine on our site fairly soon ...

Sure more is better, but mainly it's a factor of scalability  - as you see we're working on software releases all the time, and intend to keep our deadlines, or perhaps even exceed them, however all large projects, especially if you're trying to disrupt an entire industry, require advertising and large partnerships, and the more money we receive during the ICO, the easier that becomes.

Wouldn't the revenue from the fees make the Atlant platform a security? This is the type that the U.S. Sec is talking about, I think.

This is why they warn US citizens not to invest.  Though I wonder how this can be restricted.  Probably more of a warning to keep the SEC off their backs.

No this is not the case, please read the white paper, ATL is a utility token, and we have a legal opinion both for US, UK & EU. The main reason is that to receive value transfer from the escrow, the user must run a node.
Do I run a node by running my ETH wallet or in a different way?

Good question.  I too want to know this.  Sounds like that's really the way to reap the benefits of this system

You will be able to access the system from the web, also there will be open source node software that you can run, which would strengthen our system and have an effect of transfer of value from the escrow into your personal wallet. We are working on the node software, and will publish it on our site when done.

Do early landlords who want to sign up with Atlant get rewarded?  I would like to sign up to be a landlord and rent out my indoor and outdoor bathrooms.

Once we're up and running, per the timeline on our site, please list your properties - not sure if you meant to say bathrooms though Smiley

I'm guessing if the financial goal is not met for round 1, then round 1 ends in 2 days, and round 2 with a 16% bonus begins then.  If the financial goal is met before the 2 days, then next round starts as soon as it is met.

The Oct. 31st date is The complete end to this ICO
