ATLANT Token Is Now Listed On EtherDelta Exchange

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017
September 21, 2017 — ATLANT, the global Real Estate platform, announced today that the ATLANT token (ATL) is now listed on EtherDelta, a well-known decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017, the day after ATLANT’s currently running ICO ends, on October 31, 2017.

hopefully the price wont dump by november 1. but im sure all investors will be happy about this because there is already an exchange waiitng for their ATL if they want to sell it already.

LOL. This just screams scam. Every contract is automatically added to delta. If you go on their gitter and ask them to list it with name they'll do it in seconds. Orders look like they've been put by the team to make people contribute to the ICO...

If the project does not work even a team and project like Atlanta this real estate business will not work anymore. Its meaning that we are at the very beginning to integrate the real estate sector. It seems like you need more time. Sorry.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean. We are hard at work on the project. We have a working prototype that we are enhancing every day. We've got a legal opinion, actually two. Of course we're still in the early stages, but we intend for everything to work.

 Cheesy

I reread it 5 times, no clue what he's saying. He finishes with a condescending "Sorry" Grin My intuition tells me it's a fud attempt, but pretty weak one Cheesy

This is very good news for the investor and also bounty participant. The team is very work hard in this project, I can see that from the new update in the atlant wallet, and this update. Great movement dev!

The project and the team look very promising, the only main question I have — how will you be coping with current real estate market legal regulations? Usually, real estate deals are very complicated and legislation impossible or very risky to bypass.

Thank you!

Everything is done through SPVs which is precisely how most of the world's major real estate projects are transacted on today. Of course each country and jurisdictions has it's hurdles, but we plan to overcome them one by one, as we show our proof of concept, and eventually major roll-out of ATLANT.

Thanks for the swift reply. Will read more info on the project.

To my mind property management is a serious issue. If a building is owned by too many small investors I cannot think of any good decision making process to be perform.  Roll Eyes

Of course it's serious, that is why each building has a management company which deals with all major issues. This is the way all real estate works currently with a single or multiple owners. With Atlant this system will be enhanced because each penny spent by the management company will be ok the blockchain, and large costs will be voted on by the ATL tokenholders.

It seems like a fair compromise. But then it makes the platform not 100% decentralized right?

That's the thing - it's 100% decentralized - the management company is local of course, but it is controlled and voted on by decentralized tokenholders. All other aspects of the system are decentralized as well, have a look at the WP please.

Atlant is a strong project. In the future we will make our life easier. The ICO date is approaching. I think we should be excited. This project is an innovation

But honestly, the raised funds of ATLANT ICO project can not compete to Real.market - is also an ICO project about Real Estate. Raised 2 054 173.72 USD after 15 days open crowdsale, it worse than Real.market has ~10 million dollars at now.

I really hope ico is successful because I think this project is good and I am very happy to participate in support ATLANT ICO

Thank you very much for your vote of confidence, $anounimus$, we really appreciate your support!

It is not a rational market, where marketing matters more than substance. Have a look at detailed analysis at the bottom of our comparison: https://medium.com/@atlantio/real-estate-ico-comparison-chart-ab002b497141. Of course we don't know exactly, but REAL looks like a pyramid.
