Starting June 5th you are welcome to visit our ICO website, open the Reward withdrawal page (https://claim.cryptopay.me/) - there you’ll be able to calculate your part of the distributed revenue and then transfer it to your ETH wallet. First of all, thank you for your support! Please be informed that HitBTC exchange is only the first one, and the withdrawal issue on HitBTC was fixed in January.
Some time ago we have submitted applications for listing to a number of exchanges that we found reliable (Binance, Bittrex, Liqui, Livecoin, CoinExchange, Tidex and a couple more). The first two are overwhelmed with listing requests now and they estimate the time to assess our token and start onboarding to not less than two months. Almost all others have come in touch and we are negotiating listing terms with them - we will keep you informed on the progress as soon as we reach an agreement.

Holders of CPAY tokens receive monthly referral commissions. 10% of the aggregate revenue from existing and newly developed products are distributed every month to holders of CPAY tokens pro rata. Right now our focus is on issuing new cards as soon as possible! We have a lot of plans regarding new products for 2018:

-to add Litecoin, Ethereum and Ripple. Litecoin wallets has been already implemented for Beta-testing.
-BTC loans
-to expand our card program to the whole world or at least to the majority of countries.
-to implement Bitcoin stock brokerage (our first ICO milestone)

Once it's done, it should have a positive effect on the token price as well. There also will be more exchanges available soon and we’ll keep you updated as our token will be added to other markets.

Yeah i got a reply they asked me for my ethereum wallet adress and said that they forward my case to the devs and they are trying their best to recover the tokens but they can't guarantee it.

Usually, support does not have access to wallet addresses, only members of the development team have it. It takes time to present them such situation and verify your credibility. Unfortunately, rush is not a good adviser. I'm sorry about your loss.

So i just withdrew my tokens to the wrong adress in hurry for the airdrop in 3 hours. I send a message to the support and they seem to be unable to send me my tokens to the right adress!
The funny part is, i withrew the tokens to their adress! How is it not possible for them to send me the tokens?

This was my first and last ICO i invested in and i'm glad i only invested 1 Litecoin at that time! 

Why does this token look so quiet and sad? The project actually looks quite promising.

• Hardly any positive news from the team lately.
• Up to now only one (so-called) exchange - which enjoys a rather dubious reputation. I mean, HitBTC? Seriously? I hope you guys can do better than that?
• The current volume (24h) is extremely low at $27,187 USD - even AFTER the market crash a few days ago. Although you've been on the market for about three weeks.

Is the Cryptopay team preparing something big that will soon be released, or is an investment here not worthwhile at all? 

What is the time table for adding litecoin, ripple and ethereum?

 I'm glad to be able to use my fund again, but why couldn't you send an Email to let us know? You never ever do that, that's so bad!

I had bought 70k CPAY during the pre-sale because I thought Cryptopay would be a good player with a committed project.

Cryptopay collected ~ 15 million euros. So far so good.

But nothing has happened since the end of the ICO on October 30th. No community-support, no news or announcements about the current status.

Only CPAY was listed on a crappy (fraudulent?) exchange like HitBTC where nothing works.

Looks like the Risk statement in the white paper was the most interesting point so far...
