During the early stages of a coin's launch it is not uncommon for devs to ask input of their users to further develop a coin users want to support.

I am making a plan. Trying to listen to everyone's opinion a bit first and debating whether or not to close the IPCO early.
Selling them cheaper during the IPCO was a joke in response to the guy who said he was going to sell thousands of coins for 12k satoshi in this thread.
The amount of coins destroyed will be the overwhelming majority of the premine, only a small amount would be kept for the faucet, exchanges, etc. This is because I didn't receive as much btc as I had hoped to do these things.
I never said anything about dumping coins on an exchange.

So uh, is it a dick move if I offer to sell thousands of these coins here for 12k satoshi each? 
Since the few people mining already have so many coins, I'm thinking about just unloading these 749,000 for 1k satoshi each and forgetting the idea of destroying coins. Stick with a 1 million total coin count?
The guy that bought already would receive more coins to match the new rate.
