I assume starting with a MoneyPak will help out, I'll try that.
Better provide the receipt of the MoneyPak showing it's bought using cash. There is another thread showing chargebacks are happening too with CC: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-to-people-who-use-moneypakwalmart-money-card-89182

Reciept with the users name written on it.

Other way around man, you need to already have the rep for people to trust you handing out Paypal. The chargeback comes from your end, not theirs in this case...

I understand that, which is why I prefer to do small lots of BTC and am willing to send the PayPal as a gift which then increases my risk.
Also have no problem using escrow services for any transaction, I have nothing to hide.

It would be better if you started with a non-reversible payment method first to build cred and start off at bitcoin-otc too.
