CCNA: There i fixed the internet.
What are the earnings like on BTC Guild? I'm running at 30 GH/s.

30Ghash would be about 0.06 to 0.07 a day

You'll get about 0.06 per day with that. (For the next two days, then it will drop by 40%).

Think for yourself
You're probably looking at 0.50 BTC + shipping for a hub without any miners included.  I will update once I have them, see what size packaging they need, and have a chance to run the numbers in more detail.

Please post a pic and dimensions as soon as you can.  I would definitely be interested in, at least 1.

Additionally, there will be 49-port USB hubs available hopefully by Monday.  I do not yet have details on how they are powered, other than it can be powered by an ATX PSU (I do not know if it's a standard plug or requires hardwiring like blades).

eleuthria, can you give USD pricing (approximate) on those 49 port hubs? just a ballpark, BTC pricing if you prefer? promise we will not hold you to whatever you say here.  they sound like exactly what I am looking for.

what's the minimum PSU that can be used?

is it custom or this cambrionix model?:

The hubs will be included at the cost to ship them for orders of 50 units or more.  You're probably looking at 0.50 BTC + shipping for a hub without any miners included.  I will update once I have them, see what size packaging they need, and have a chance to run the numbers in more detail.

I have absolutely no idea what PSU requirements/cables they need.  They are custom from ASICMINER.

Today I lost some hash rate while the miner was connected to the US public URL. The miner was running at 180 GH/s but the reported hash rate dropped to 120 GH/s. It wasn't turning into stales or rejected shares - the hashes just simply disappeared. I noticed some new type of load balancing going on with the public URL. Could this have something to do with it?

In any case, I connected the miner to my assigned private IP and used a semi-private address as the backup pool and the problem went away.

Was notified last night (and updated this morning) of new pricing from ASICMINER in response to the rising BTC:USD rates.

USB Block Erupters are now available at 0.05 - 0.07 BTC each depending on quantity.  As always, shipping within the US is free.  Additionally, there will be 49-port USB hubs available hopefully by Monday.  I do not yet have details on how they are powered, other than it can be powered by an ATX PSU (I do not know if it's a standard plug or requires hardwiring like blades).

Orders placed after yesterday's price drop can contact me on IRC, Forum, or Email to request a refund of the price difference.  I was not expecting a new price drop from ASICMINER when I announced the previous rates.

I can't wait for the whole network to break into the exahash range!!! Then, there will be so many people mining, that it won't be profitable for anyone except the pool operators who make commission on every person's payout.

I need to start selling the shovels...

where is the luck? something wrong with the backbone connections?

Nothing is wrong.  The pool isn't 35% of the network anymore.  Bad luck hits worse and good luck spikes higher.  Just a reminder:  Bad luck on BTC Guild is a day or two paying 60-70%, that is hardly the end of the world.  Just look at Slush's thread when they have a block lasting 20-23 hours if you want to complain about luck.

I concur.

I'll much rather have a per minute hashrate graph though.

Ironic that luck is taking a dip as the pool has gained approx. 200,000 G. lol
25% increase in hash power, luck drops ...funny.

Agree with DM, want to see that pool stat graph tip over 1,000 line !

Luck was bad before that happened Tongue.  But yes, 215613 appears to be some kind of large solo miner with Guild as a backup.  Too bad we were just shy of 1 PH/s before they went back solo.

Well whoever this is "215613   111,020.36 GH/s" has helped awhole lot.  but its probly a mining company using BTCGuild as a backup because i have notice they are not always on. However it would be cool to see the Guild pass 1PH even for a few moments.

yes it will be great to see!

Double your Personal Bitcoin Funds.
This is awesome. Almost 1PH/s. I think I'll stay up late to witness it.
