PRIVATE REAL ESTATE LENDING
In newbie terms, it is a short-term loan made at a higher interest rate. This is to bridge the gap between when money is required by the builder and when funding for an investment becomes available.

Hello to all of you guys behind this CAVIAR... especially to the one who is updating the SIGNATURE BOUNTY Stakes on your SPREADSHEET Status.... I am just wondering why my STAKES on your SPREADSHEET for the SIGNATURE BOUNTY is still 90 ? Do you really check carefully our activities? I've been working my ass on your SIGNATURE Bounty for almost 11 weeks now but my stakes is still 90 ? My rank right now is MEMBER which is entitled to 15 stakes a week so I believe that my stakes right now will be at 150 STAKES already which is equivalent to 10 WEEKS not counting for the upcoming week ending.... I've been working on your SIGNATURE bounty starting on the Week of November 13, 2017 so its almost 11 WEEKS had passed now and my STAKES is still 90 in which it should be 150 STAKES already and then to 165 STAKES this coming week ending.

I am raising this complain to you right now because I will be changing my rank soon from MEMBER to FULL MEMBER maybe at the last week of this month so I hope that you will kindly update my STAKES accordingly before I will become a FULL MEMBER to avoid further confusions in my STAKES.

I am hoping that you will resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Last week isn't counted at the moment, I'm sure it will be done in the next 1-2 days. If I remember correctly last week the manager updated the sheet on Thursday, just be patient.
