The rates are very low. If you can't spend much on this, don't do pay per post style. You probably will be able to get some people if you make a fixed payrate per 1 or 2 weeks. Or increase your payrate.

Welcome aboard! I think you should strongly think about reducing the amount of members you will accept and raise the pay because that is roughly half of what other well paid campaigns are paying.
Also you should use a trusted escrow to make sure members know they will be paid. Good luck with your campaign if you make them changes.

As for the escrow, we are setting up a trusted escrow in 10 hours approximately, the funding party (head developer) just needed some sleep
