I don't think Dooglus is in this campaign anymore. He said he would left in the other signature thread.
And you can check the rank of the enrolled users on first post. No legendary, so far

if i recall correctly, you reach legendary status after you get 1000 activity.. that means 1,000 days of being an active member, so over 3 years.
To make things more fun, the Legendary membergroup has no universal activity requirement. You are guaranteed to become Legendary somewhere between 775 and 1030 activity, but the exact point in this range at which you become Legendary is random per user.
It's between 775 and 1030. Theymos just make random this for fun because no other benefit being Legendary.
