I'm mining here because it says it pays a 0.1% fee to devs. Is this true? Can we see proof of donation. Does anyone know of a pool that pays more to the XMR devs?
Yep and it went from 1% to 2% pool fee also.
Correct. Moneropool.com now has about 20% of the total Monero hashrate. Ive moved my miners elsewhere and I suggest everyone else do the same.

So when exactly did moneropool.org change to moneropool.com? Had a couple hours downtime with my miners, not too pleased about this.
I don't think you should be mining if you "need it so badly". But that's just me I suppose.

Request: can you make the difficulty re-adjusting less aggresive? Right now when starting on port 7777 at diff 2000, it will keep increasing the diff until 1 million... not very practical and it causes disconnects often.
Definitely. My miner seems to disconnect at random times throughout the day.

The wallet was using the wrong inputs. I've updated the daemon and wallet so payments should be more stable now.
