Hi anykeywhy,

Out of curiosity, what's the per KWH electricity rate in Italy?

   @chocomint

It's hard to define in one value but I'll try to explain!

In Italy, for non-domestic contracts, the price is variable and based on day-time/day (F1, F2, F3) & month of the year...  The reason is a quite new law that allow some new market liberties and, unfortunately, indirect regulation too... You can check by yourself here http://www.enel.it/it-IT/clienti/enel_servizio_elettrico/news_ese/prezzi_ele_differenziati/

As stated in the OP:
Quote
The Neptune will be hosted in a small data-center with air conditioning, business level electricity contract, continuous surveillance and expert maintenance if needed. We can also setup a webcam in private streaming if you prefer.

To recap and to give you an example, business contracts are far more convenient in respect of domestic residential contracts! Smiley

Cheers!

Interested in 2 shares.

What will happen if by the end of the GB the value of BTC goes up?
Will we be reimburse for the difference? receive more shares? or do you convert BTC to USD upon payment?

what do you use to calculate BTC/USD rate?

Have you conducted other successful GB?

We will pay in BTC when shares are all paid by converting them in USD as KNC pretends to do via BitPay. Shares dividends will be obviously paid in BTC so.... why to worry about present value, especially in a deflation-currency as our lovely Bitcoin is!? Smiley

The payment will be sended by SebastianJu directly, isn't at least his experience sufficient to you? Wink
I manage several companies Bitcoin-related, also I was a main sponsor of Bitcoin Europe #1 few weeks ago... anyone was there?? Wink

Soon, we'll update the OP with a fixed BTC/USD change, in order to fix a reference in the short time this GB will take to be complete. Then, a result of more than necessary amount will be re-distributed proportionally between shares OR a less amount will be covered by extending shares numbers of a few or in another clear way like someone that anticipate them and recover from first dividend (+ maybe a little fee for service).

All your questions are really welcome, THANK YOU! Smiley
