Sounds like you changed the rules after the fact and got free advertising
You were free to remove the signature when you weren't listed in the doc. I can select participants.

But you said that Full Member and Member slots are a total of 10. You made no distinction between the two member types. I see no reason why you would not accept 10 members if 10 members joined according to the rules that you wrote Rates
