Regarding #1: One thing lacking w/ this BTC e-commerce method is that we only receive a bulk Bitcoin amount for the whole order.
If you're ordering GB shares from multiple Rounds then the current method doesn't allow us to separate the Round payments unless the purchases were made separately.

So there was a bit of a mix up and the BTC from my Paypal order was sent to my personal BTC account instead of the payment address. I can send it to the payment address but I want to make sure that my order wasn't canceled before I send. The email receipt said the order would automatically cancel if it wasn't paid in 1 hour.

2 notes.
1) If your purchasing multiple rounds R8 and R9/10 ones that are priced differently please make 2 separate orders figuring out how much BTC goes to each one is a little time consuming
2) If you place an order don't wait days to complete the payment the site WILL reuse an unused address (this one happened in <24 hours)

For our next round, since our co-op appears to be growing up, we're in discussions with a provider that's FinCen compliant, runs a MSB, and can directly convert USD to Bitcoin for only 3%.
