Try and opening a ticket, you had stated in the forums yesterday you had got a copy, it might have been taken as you received the copy causing a small bit of confusing. Open a ticket on http://support.nothingsteamed.com/ and the matter will be taken care of.

I just got it to but i got the single copy. Great service and with coins going up in price i can get alot more games for my coins.
Guess hes busy didnt get my game befor the sell went oh well will get a refund and get another game.

Since the new site has been up, there have been 150 orders so far! 
Its great what your doing some users just dont understand you just do it to help out and dont really make any profit you was even losing money befor. To bad you cant make it fully automated so you dont have to spend so much time watching if people have orders.

Also, the site doesn't really generate all that much money. It's really just to help people out. The extra fees that are tagged on are for fees that I have to pay to people like MtGox and Dwolla. =D
