3. No. But other ports closed too: Torrent's, Nxt's, bitcoin-based coins'es. All works except NODE so far. I'm online through router, and when I disabled both firewalls (router's and OS'es) + did port forwarding, ports were still closed for some reason.
PoA mechanism is working fine for me.

If the client is configured on Linux "clientConfig.js". You can not forge a block from another Linux client

I dont think so. You increase your chances only if you send more than 500k NODE. And anyway if u send 1 NODE only you would get only 1 extra sec or point which is nothing.

Downloaded new POA testing version. Do I need to install it in C:\nxtl\ directory or it is not mandatory, it can be installed in other directory? I'm talking about Windows version.
Also, if nxtl directory is not mandatory, is it possible to run real and test nodes simultaneously?

No
You must delete the folder DB in C:\nxtl\ if you had installed a real client

I agree, no POA until you are completely sure everything is working good. why not get some guidance from CFB? If he is willing to help because i have seen some of his posts in XCR thread.
