So let me get this right, you pay to join ICO of a coin; the rules then change and they cannot be even bothered to contact the users to let them know? I am sorry but not everyone sits and watches the dozen different threads of NODE. What has happened to the funds I did not receive, where have they gone/been used?
They made an announcement and gave everyone plenty of time to comply, they even gave some people chance after deadline to rectify the situation and receive full stake.
They spread the unclaimed coins to the original investors.
If you have invested, it's your responsibility to keep track of it.

I think the Version column inside Peers shows the nodejs version used by the peer's client and not the version of the node client itself.
