Hi all,
Putting aside the shame i am in (THANKS AGAIN!, AVALON) i need to communicate.. so here it is: Another wave of refunds will be processed in November. Everyone will get something: either refund or hashrate of some active miners (of course, if KnC delivers). I'm doing my best to sort out the sh*t that is at the factory, because lots of components were ordered EXCEPT some vital ones that have 10 weeks lead time (THANKS AGAIN, BKKCOINS, for using unverified components that are close to impossible to get hands on).

I will do my best to give refunds for the board payments, but i cannot promise a full refund, because it will be from my other businesses. Practically from my pocket... so please be patient. Like i said, i don't intend to scam anyone or i could've disappeared a long time ago.. Chip refunds made from the website will be fully refunded though.

Meanwhile, i'm moving on to "working" things, like KnC miners shared buy, posted on my website here:http://alphahpc.com/product/knc-jupiter-shared-buy/. Let's hope KnC are far more serious than Avalon and my calculations will have their results (which is recovering funds lost during all these wasted months). The delivery for the KnC is in November, as stated on their website. Other shared products will follow, starting with CoinCraft Rig from Bitmine.ch (delivery in December and January).

As of now, I'm burying this topic, putting the Avalon story behind. Please send PM and/or e-mail, i will take everyone's case individually as serious companies do with serious customers. Remaining customers from the group-buys, please pm me urgently, so i can build a mailing list and keep you all informed in an orderly fashion. Also i want to start discussions about the current status of the business.

Well, here is the hash of my initial transaction of 3.888 bitcoins.
It clearly shows that I put it on the escrow address.

I got some on auction too, you'll have to speak to Steve for a refund. From my experience the auction allocation recording was a little fuzzy. Steve refunded me as I provided txid ect..

All of Batch 1 got refunded by JohnK according to the list supplied to him by Steve.

Did anyone from batch 1 got refund? I bought my chips at Auction...

I see you on the list for Batch 1 however on the block chain it shows your payment as 0.7 BTC

Did you use another address ? This may have created some confusion with John, lets hope we can clear it up.

This is my order on the list.
I asked for a refund for my chips and already paid shipping costs on the 24th of september, and got a confirmation the next day from T13hydra that he added me to the 'to be refunded' list.
I have been waiting patiently after that, but still no refund.

John dealt with batch 1 however mistakes can be made. Your the first B1 I have heard that has not received refund.

Regarding batch 1, I havn't had my refund yet.

Lets not forget Steve received about 800 chips from Zefir, enough for 50 boards..

Yeh, batch 1 was refunded by John. Which gave him back the coin to refund batch 2.

I can actually see how this happened, he assumed batch 1 would refund first, so it should have been cool.

Would of been nice if he had come clean instead of going Awol for 2 weeks.

So he used our (B2) money to fund his own stuff, great! Batch 1 did get refunded, did not?

So the escrow was bullshit?
