This is just another scam bounty that warns participants in very short time and ask to do things that only a few are aware of.
This way it is possible to keep huge amounts of eth that will no be distributed, but someone keeps for themselfs.

I Participated in twitter bounty and have almost 50 thousand folowers but received nothing just because they decided AFTER campaign, to create new rules that almost anyone has the chance to read in so short time.

For everyone who have had problems with "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" error.
Firstly, you must download the "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" from the site below, choose the right version (32 bit or 64 bit) :

Secondly, access to "C:\Windows\System32" then drag and drop file "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" in System 32 folder.
Now you can open MetaGate.

We'd like to announce you the rules to gain your reward obligatory for all, with no exceptions.
We do understand the inconveniences caused, however, these measures are made to provide secure and fair transaction processing. Due to several cases of violations and attempts of fraud during the campaign and stake calculation.
From this moment on, until the 21st of September (date of distribution) you will need to:

you may do it now:

1) Download #MetaGate from metagate.metahash.org/
2) Install it into any folder (except desktop) using Metagate.exe
3) Register and create an #MHC wallet

4) Click the bounty app (it'll appear closer to the date) and enter your ETH wallet there
