Yes, this is still open. There are currently no limits on the stock for R17x.
R17x has been so successful, that our ordered hashrate has gone from 19.8 TH/s to 55.8 TH/s of nominal hashrate once this order and a couple of other mfg. orders were paid.

If they deliver late or the gb is cancelled for some other reason do I just get my BTC back or is it recalculated against the exchange at the time of refunding?

He's meeting the owner of Black Arrow in about an hour, from the last update I received. We should have some new pics from the Black Arrow facility coming in shortly.

The price per shares gone up. Are we expecting them to stay the same, or is it matching the price of the black arrows current 15% discount for pre-purchase?

Our ultra low cost GB shares have shaken up the GB forum, and helped prove that our model of operations and division of labor, can work well to help provide the world some of the best values around while giving them hands off access to world class experts in various fields.
I'm very pleased with how things are run so far. I just hope with the continual sky rocketing of difficulty, we get something out of this in Feb. 2.5 months is a LONG time in a period like now.
That said.. I'll repeat what I said elsewhere. If it's possible to recoup your costs and maybe make something in return, it's here.
