I'm not sure what you mean by "nr".

You should only send BTC for a payment from a wallet that you control. The reason is: if you don't send us your separate payout wallet address as a note in your order, we can only assume that you intend to have your miner payouts be sent to your original sending wallet address (a natural assumption, with no additional information included).

If you send it from a transmitter that mixes wallet addresses, for example, that sending address could be a temp. address that you wouldn't control!

From my experience the rate they use is pretty close if not better than what mtgox lists.  Mind you I've only bought shares twice so far.

As for shares, this appears to be close to unlimited.  This question has been asked a few times, and so far the answer has always been "plenty".

What exchange do you use to calculate the usd/btc conversion rate? I'd love to jump in but I can only afford one or two shares depending on whether the exchange rate is 900$/BTC or 1200$/BTC. My apologies if you have already answered this question and I missed it.

I believe the $175 comes from the gross "profit" 2x a month.  What's left is then divvied up among the share holders according to their proportions.
