You can do 2 entries. You will get 5BTC instead of 2.5 based on 10 entries.

If 10 members join and we find a block that contains exactly 25 BTC, then it would be distributed evenly throughout 10 people - everyone gets 2.5 BTC

I like the idea, but it would be more than I would personally like to handle. Also I am not exactly an alt-coin holder, maybe dogecoin to help the Jamaican Bobsled team.

You could incorporate it into a separate side of the OP or a seperate Announcement with a "much lower buy in" for a better chance of finding a block but of course a Litecoin one.
