what's the chance of getting a block to earn your btc back. correct me if inam wrong but to do this your don't need to mine at all before or have mining rigs right.?

So overall on 0.5BTC we have a 2% chance of mining a block. But on the other hand if we do, we get a 5000% profit (50x profit).just got fee questions.

To get a block you need to be mining. It is like dice. As long as you throw dice you have a chance. If you don't have dice you have no chance. Mining also isn't progressive. Either you have a share that is above the difficulty or you do not.
